The Royal Bloodline Marriage

“MUM, I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU AND FATHER DIDN’T TELL ME ABOUT THIS MARRIAGE!” I had just found out that I to be married to a royal bloodline vampire. I was not impressed with my parent so I stormed off to my bedroom and I slammed the door nearly breaking it off the hinges. I locked the door by the key, and then locked all the latches so even if they tried the key they still can’t get in. I grabbed hold of my cell and called my best friend Selena, it started to ring until finally she answered the phone, “Hey Rosalinda, how ya been. What cha up to?” I just answered “Well nothing much, I just found out that I am to be married to a royal bloodline vampire. I need help girlfriend.” After I told Selena that she was silent and gobsmacked. I couldn’t deal with any of this especially when I had my boyfriend Nate, and I was expected to marry. 1

I hung up on Selena cause she was still asking who I was gonna marry? What was his name?, Was he hot? And things like that. I heard my father calling my name and telling me to get my ass downstairs quickly. So I put my cell away and unlocked all the latches then the key lock and slowly made my way down stairs. When I made my way towards the lounge my mother pulled me into the bathroom and did my hair, make-up and gave me a dress to wear.”Mum you know I will NEVER wear a dress even if my life depended on it!” I told her. She still gestured me to put on so I put it just to keep her happy.2

When I was ready and my mother was happy with what I was wearing she opened the door and when we were both just about to sit on the rich purple sofa, the door bell rang and my father was dressed in a tuxedo and answered the door. My mother pulled me up off the sofa and told me to stand up straight, I just slouched. That’s when I saw him, his dreamy blue eyes connected with mine; I just gazed into his eyes until my father said “Rosalinda, I would like you to meet Caden, your future husband and his father Rys.” When I heard his name I stopped looking in his eyes and went back to reality. 3
