white and gold: Stingy situation

I don't remember much.
though i remember...hot water, so soothing. it wrapped my whole body into a calm relaxation.1

I thought of what was beyond the door, surely this was a house, a large one at that, if you need to go down spiral staircases just to get to the outside.6


i turned the metal knob and slowly opened the door. There was a hallway. the walls lined with black candles in silver candle holders and the dark wood flooring went on down the hallway.
i turned my head away from the right and looked down the left, there was a large wooden double door at the end of it, familiar lanterns rest by its sides.7

i stepped out of the door way, walking down the hallway away from the big door, i didn't really have any interest in which was behind it. a ways down the hall i stopped in front of stairs leading down to the lower level. I took a deep breath and steadily took each step at a time down them.8

At the end of the stairs, the dark wood stopped and was now replaced by thick black carpet. i wiggled my toes feeling it brush against my feet. I was in a large room. I mean REALLY large. Like 13 times bigger than the bedroom. There were four gigantic walls each with their won gigantic window revealing more mountains and blue rivers.9

I was scanning the whole room gaping at the beauty of it when i come across Alexander, causally leaning against one of the walls near a large dark red couch. 10

I took a step back falling backwards on a step. Right before my head hit another step Alexander was right over me Cradling my neck.11
