The Shroud: Second Time He Saw It (Chapter Three)

The last days of the Earth may be found in the book of Revelations, and the end of the world, as it sounds like, would be terrifying to anyone but the people who know they are going to be safe.  But in the book of Revelations, it does not describe the end to be a dark covering of the Earth that eats humans and their structures, so doesn’t that give you a clue? Think about it.
Louis is now prepared to give it his all. He has everything to survive the Shroud or try to survive it and whatever other elements that stands in his way. Louis says goodbye to his house, or what used to be his basement, and takes off in a plane to Hawaii—a place he has never been to before.
When you think of Hawaii, what do you think of? Gorgeous beaches, nice weather, and terrifying natural disasters that hit every year? Maybe you visited Hawaii before, or maybe you were born there, or maybe you are reading this book in Hawaii right now. But, scratch all you know about Hawaii—well, for this story of course. Now, think of Hawaii in the future. Think of what it will look like in the year 2056. Maybe you can’t, or you can. I know I can, because obviously I am going to have to describe Hawaii in the future whether I like it or not (but I can remove some plots…).
As the plane silently rises above what is now overgrown forest on hills of steel and concrete, the sky turns slightly dark behind him, with clues that the Shroud will hit from the east part of the United States. This darken of the sky is barely visible, and can only be seen when examined by some guy with 4 pairs of bifocals on together. In the future, plans ride on water when taking off and then foreign gas from the outside of the plane when airborne. With this mechanism, as long as the plane keeps flying without any factors like air currents, bad weather, or some random missile coming after you at full charge, the plane will keep flying until you get tired of flying or otherwise you will be flying for a while.
Louis checks his monitor for any problems, but as he knows, there wouldn’t be any problems when you are about to be put to the test with another disaster that has the potential to destroy us all. If there was, then today would be a very long and ugly day. In the back, the darken sky is darkening more as time goes by.
In the middle of the ride, there is approximately 11 hours on the clock before he will be pulverized on the spot; but this calculation, that some people would notice is for the Colorado border. But this is not true. Sarah is calculating the time it will take for the Shroud to hit her, not at any location or anything. But if you calculated correctly, Louis spent 4 hours preparing for the journey, and 9 hours for the plane ride halfway. So if you did the math, the plane ride will be a total of 18 hours, leaving him with 2 hours to find Casey, the e-mailer.
2 hours past from when Louis past the midpoint, and the emergency alarm takes off screaming at him. “What do you see Sarah?” Louis desperately asks his computer.
“When have an emergency of a hurricane heading our way,” Sarah answers unaware that the hurricane is a threat to her as well.
“Oh my God! A hurricane?! Why when we are fleeing from the main problem we have another problem?”
In the distance, approximately 50 yards from the plane when looking from the side, there was a dark cloud that beat the Shroud’s distant color on who can be the darkest.
But why would a hurricane attack him when he is trying to get away from an even bigger threat?
Hurricanes became rare ever since the fan rays have been set on the surfaces of oceans. Since the fan rays have not been on since 3 months ago, have they come for revenge of man tagging along with the Shroud?

Author notes

Chapter Three of the shroud, I personally think it is more action in it that any other chapter yet, but that is my opinion.
