Dreams Come True ~*~Chapter 25~*~

It is December 31st. Almost a start of a new year. Olivia and Kevin were inseparable for the most part. Kevin was fixing to go out of town with his family to perform on the New Years Rocking Eve Show. Their plane was going to be leaving in about 2 hours. Olivia decided she would stay behind and do some more things to get ready for the wedding. Plus she really was not that big on huge crowds like the ones for the show on New Years Eve. 1

"Olivia, are you sure you don't want to go? I will miss you even though I will only be gone a day or 2." ,said Kevin as he was carrying his suitcase to the door that morning.2

"I am sure. Those crowds are too big. I would feel claustrophobic." ,replied Olivia chilling out after breakfast at the dining room table.3

"I will make sure I at least bring you back a souvenir." ,said Kevin taking a seat next to Olivia.4

"You better not get fresh with another girl while your up there. I've heard stories about New York girls." ,said Olivia seriously.5

"Now why would I ever cheat on you? Your the only one for me baby." ,replied Kevin with a big smile staring Olivia in her big blue eyes.6

"Kevin, its time to go." ,said Joe practically out the door.7

"I'll miss you Kevin." ,said Olivia as she kissed Kevin on the cheek.8

"I will miss you too. Bye!" ,replied Kevin as he flew out the front door into the limo.9

That night she decided to watch the show The Jonas Brothers were to perform on. It was a normal awesome performance of "Love Bug", "Paranoid", "Fly with Me" and so on. Then afterwards they interviewed them and they mentioned an after party. Olivia did not like the sounds of that. But she tried to think happy thoughts and hoped Kevin wouldn't do anything stupid.10

About 2 in the morning Olivia's cell phone went off. Kevin's cell number showed up. So of course Olivia answered it by instinct. Kevin sounded like he was at a party and he sounded plastered.11

"Kevin, you sound drunk as a skunk. What's up?" ,said Olivia trying to hear what he was saying.12

"Olivia, you know I love you. But I was wondering if we could see other people. I meet a really sweet girl at the party." ,replied Kevin hiccuping in between every other word.13

"What are you talking about? We are engaged. We are past the dating. We are heading toward marriage and you want to see other people. How could you?" ,screamed Olivia into the cell phone. Then she hung up on him out of anger.14

January 2nd Kevin and his family came home. Olivia didn't come out of her apartment over the garage to greet them. Kevin went into the kitchen and found her engagement ring on the counter without a note. Kevin knew he had screwed up. The drinking messed up his thinking processes and he did just what he told Olivia he wouldn't do. Now he had to dig himself out of his own grave.
