Oh no. Here she comes. The woman who puts fear into the farthest reaches of my mind that are normally untouchable.1

Her name? Her name is Susie to adults, Mom to me. She is not only my mother, but my teacher, riding instructor, and the family chef. She is a great multi-tasker. She can correct papers, give me great advise on life, and plan dinner all at the same time. (That's what makes me fearful...just kidding!)2

Run and hide! Here he comes. The man who sends nervous chills down my spine and pokes and prods my brain.3

His name? His name is Gary to adults, but Dad to me. He is not only my father, but my counsler, my fellow discusser of our democracy, and the family 'tickler'. He is one who is great at switching personality modes. One minute he can be a educated adult with great point on practically any subject of discussion, and the next he will get up and tickle the snot out of you until you die of laughter. (That's what makes me nervous...not! More like jumpy.) 4

Battle stations ready! Defensive systems active! Here he comes...the boy who puts me always on guard, always keeps me on my toes.5

His name? His name is Chris to most people, but little brother to me. He is not only my brother, but my fellow weirdo, my best friend at home, and my personal teaser. He is best at coming into my lonesome world and turning my frown upside-down. We think alike, which makes him a weirdo, and we can talk about the most random things on the planet. (Battle stations ready to fire back on the 'dog-biscuits-tasting-good' subject!) 6
