Hello There

Hello there,
Remember me?
The one that you rejected.
The outcast child who’s all alone,
She never was accepted.1

How are you?
I’m feeling fine,
Though perhaps a little down.
The smile that once lit up my face
Has turned into a frown.2

How’s the weather over there?
Down here it always rains.
The tears that flow from my eyes
Will wash away the pain.3

The flood has come,
I can’t hold on,
My hopes and dreams are dashed.
You stole them all away from me
When my heart you slashed.4

I walk alone,
I have no one,
I’m wrapped inside my curse.
I just want the pain to end
For better or for worse.5

A silver blade
Against my skin,
I feel its cold, hard touch.
With all the thoughts churning in my head
I’ve never felt so much.6

Hello there,
Remember me?
You stole my life away.
The rain is gone
The sun is out
Another brand new day.

Another of my depressing poems. Hope you liked it. This one's not really autobiographical at all...well, maybe a little. But I'm not going to kill myself.
