These so called magnificent beats inside me beg to be released
So suffocated from being unreadably carved into my being
They've stayed inside for so long, causing me to weep
Making me feel isolated at night when I can't sleep1
They cause thoughts that have never occurred to me before
So lost in thought I abandon writing down the words they pour
They're lost forever in a bucket with my thrown away feelings
Stuck inside all alone from lack of nurturing healing
