Rachel awoke with sharp pains hitting through her body. She jolted up from her bed and ran into the bathroom. Blood gagging out of her pale lips. Finally reaching the sink, thick red blood all over the floor and her long black hair. The air smelled sour, rotten and nauseating, like her grandmother's perfume. When the puking stopped, she laid herself in the tub. Slowly turning the cold water on, blood washing in the water. She reached out, opening the drawer next to her and pulled out a pair of scissors. Putting the warm blade to her wrist and watching it slice across her arm. Flinching to the pain, but it took away the pain from the demon inside her belly.
