A Million-Dollar Love (Part Twenty Five)

(Frank's POV)1

Gerard had said he knew where she was. I hadn't slept since the camping trip three days ago which apparently made me fall asleep in the car. I dreamt of her. My Lyna. She was so beautiful and we were at our wedding, smiling and dancing. Damn I love her. She's my everything. I rubbed my eyes and noticed we were at a toll station. 2

"Where are we?" I asked yawning. 3

"We are in Canada." Bob said sounding aggrivated.4

"What?!" I yelled.5

"Shhh! You'll wake up Jake." Gee said angrily.6

I looked over to the other two in the back seat with me. Jake was lying across Gee's lap, sound asleep. Well, it seems as though they've sort of made up. I'm sure they have to talk but not right now. Bob and Ray were in the backseat and Mikey was upfront all alone. I climbed up front to sit and talk with Mikey. He looked like hell. 7

"How long have we been driving?" I asked him.He grunted. 8

"Nine hours...." he trailed off.9

I had Mikey pull over and him and I switched so he could catch some sleep. When I saw a hotel I pulled in. Jake woke up and looked around and then yelled at me.10

"Why are we stopping?! We need to get her!!" I sighed and looked him in the eyes. 11

"Look, I want to go right now and get her as much as you do, but we have no sleep, are all hungry and we need shit like knives and whatnot, okay?"12

He understood and Mikey, Bob and I went to go handle the rooms and stuff. Which wasn't good because Bob almost strangled the cashier because he forgot to give us our dollar back. Bob is a grumpy man. We all went into our rooms and fell asleep. Tomorrow we'd deal with what to do next.13

(Lyna's POV) 14

I had never been so happy to see someone I didn't know. Kale was there! He wasn't happy either. He was looking at Devon who was smiling and then he turned to look at me. When he saw me naked, cut and beaten on the slab of metal and then noticed Devon was holding a knife, then he smiled. Wait...he smiled?!15

"Kale! Please help me! Get me out of here!! Please! Please!" I cried in pain as fresh, new tears fell down my face.He came over to me and wiped them away. 16

"Shh, it's okay, my love. I'll take you away from here."I smiled as he undid my chains and took off his trench coat, wrapping me in it. Devon looked pissed.17

"What the hell do you think you're doing, Kale?" He yelled at him.18

"Helping her." 19

It was then I noticed something odd about this situation. Why were they acting like friends? Why was Kale not surprised to see me like that?I stepped away from him, looking at them both. 20

"You two...you know eachother don't you?" They gave me a 'Duh' stare. "What I mean is, you're both in on this aren't you?" 21

I saw them both smile and I ran for the door. Devon tried to block me but I went under his legs and out of the door. I clung the coat to my body and ran down the hallway, down the stairs and when I opened the front door, they were both there, but Kale's eyes held me.22

"You will be Devon's pet and love. You will forget this ever happened and be with him. You love no one else but Devon and will only do as he says. Do you understand?" Those blue eyes called to me and I felt my will crumble and blow away as if I had never had any in the first place. I fell, and I fell hard.23

"Yes, Master Kale." I responded and blacked out.24

(Frank's POV)25

I woke up and packed the van full of food, water, walkie-talkies, rope, pick-axes and gave everyone two pocket knives. By the time I was done, everyone was up and ready to go. We all piled into the van and left. I was driving and the forest roads were very twisty and curvy, making Ray car sick. It was very funny to watch Ray turn green and Bob, who was sitting next to him, glare and scoot over to the other side of the seat, trying to avoid any puke-mishaps. We came to a field clearing where the road ended and the trees seemed small to a giant black wall that was past all of the trees. We all looked at Gerard who was whiter than usual.26

"This is it. I remember that wall very well." He looked down, then at us. "She's in there. Let's go." 27

And Gerard lead the way.After an hour or two of walking, we finally reached the wall, which was way higher than it looked a few miles back. We walked along the wall looking for an entrance. None. 28

"Well, crap! How do we get in?!" I yelled.29

Gerard became very angry. "FUCK! It was here! I remember it! But it's so hazy! Where was that door?" 30

He became so angry, he actually punched the wall. He apparently hit something because the next thing we knew, part of the wall along the bottom half was moving, large enough to fit a car through. We all walked in and the door shut behind us, and in front of us were thirty or so guards holding guns, pointed at our heads.31

"State your name and purpose." One of the guards said.I was pushed forward.Great. 32

"Uh, Frank Iero. I'm here for Lyna."33

There was a whisper among the men and the guard who talked to us yelled at them to shut up. He did some funny hand signal and the next thing we knew we were handcuffed, in some dungeon-like place. Great.34

"Great, Gerard. Next time, warn us about those guards, okay?" I yelled.35

"Well, if SOMEONE hadn't forgotten to bring the supplies with us, maybe it wouldn't have turned out this way." He yelled back.36

"I'm scared." Jake cried and cuddled with Gerard. 37

"Is everyone okay?" Mikey asked.38

"Yes." We all said...well Bob actually grunted.39

We all got quiet when we heard the door open and light footsteps coming down the hallway. Someone was whistling and when the shadow-y figure stopped in front of our cell, it was short and it giggled.40

"Ooo!! I get pets!" She cried. Wait. I knew that voice.41

"Lyna?!" I yelled. The figure giggled again, grabbing a torch, yes, a TORCH, and bringing it closer to her face. It was Lyna!42

"Baby!" I stood up and ran to the bars, leaning against them, although my hands were handcuffed. Tears streamed down my face. "Lyna! I've missed you! Don't worry! We're here to save you!" 43

She giggled which stopped me short. "Save me? You're here to save me?" She cocked her head to the side. "But, who are you?"44

My world crumbled. The guys came and stood next to me as my legs began to weaken. 45

"It's me. Frank. Frank Iero. You're boyfriend!"46

She giggled again. "You're a silly pet."47

Out of desparation, I tried again. "These our friends: Bob, Ray, Gerard, Mikey and your brother Jake. I'm Frank. You love me."She got serious and stepped away from the bars. 48

"I only love Master."49

My world died. She forgot who we were. We were too late. I fell to the ground shaking my head and crying. It was Gerard who spoke up. 50

"Who is your Master?" She smiled at him. "Oh! He is lovely and very nice to me. He is Master-" She was cut off by another figure stepping into the light. It was Devon.51

"I am her Master." 52

"YOU SON OF A B-"53

"SILENCE! I will not be spoken to as someone of equal status as your filthy vermon. Lyna, darling, let us leave. Perhaps, we can go to my bedroom?" He smiled at me, knowing I would blow a fuse.54

"SHE'S NOT GOING ANYWHERE WITH YOU!!!" I screamed at him. He laughed at me. He knew I could do nothing. 55

"Master? Can I have him as a pet? I really want one and I've been a very good girl!!" She smiled and clung to him as if he was her life. Maybe now he is.56

"We'll see. For now. Let us leave this god awful dungeon."She came close to the bars and smiled. 57

"I like you guys. You're all very funny. Bye!Bye!" 58

And they left.I laid on my back wondering when I could see her again. Maybe it was hopeless. Maybe this was better for her. The guys all seemed to feel the same as we all laid down, Gee and Jake cuddling and all of us crying. Even Bob let tears fall down, though he didn't face us while he cried. Maybe she could be happy here. Maybe this was her new life.59

A life without us.
