I look at that girl,
Staring back at me.1

I see her laugh,
I see her smile.2

I look at that girl,

I see strait through her,
Charades and all.4

I look at that girl,

I hear her speak,
Say she’s okay.6

I look at that girl,
Staring back at me.7

I hear her lies,
She’s not okay.8

I look at that girl,

I see her scars,
I see her pain10

I look at that girl,
Staring back at me.11

I see her tears,
I hear her sobs.12

I look at that girl,
Staring back at me.13

I notice the painful truth,
That is no stranger,
But my reflection,
In the full-length mirror.
