Pass It On:The Storm-Chapter 12-Plan H.V.C.

"A Light Blood Woman is like an angel but, it starts around when your 12 or 13. You have powers of light, wings which protect you, heal you; it all depends on what you want them to do. And, you can fly with the odd exception of traveling at the speed of light." Jessica said, working on the practically dead garden of Fear Manor.2

"That's just wonderful! That means we have more of a chance of winning this battle!" Anna said. Jessica turned to Anna and shook her head.3

"It's very powerful. If used improperly, you could cause great damage like, destroy the world kind of damage. You can't just go around killing evil Vampires with light." Jessica said.4

"How do I practice?" Anna asked.5

"I suggest we go to the Fears. You can practice on them. You have to pull a few weeds before you can pull out the weed whacker." Jessica said.6

"Your right. We should go to the Fears. But, how are we going to find them?" Anna asked. Then, she got an idea.7

Racheal looked around the warehouse. It was like a poorly put together mansion. "This is where you guys live?"9

"Yeah, and?" Yvonne said jumping onto a blue and yellow stripped bean bag chair.10

"Reper, you bring her here because?" Alix asked. She could feel Racheal's glare.11

"Because, she has great power that we can use to get back to where we belong. She has agreed to Plan H.V.C.," Reper replied. Everyone gasped. Racheal smiled waiting for praise but, she got the opposite.12

"I thought you were getting a Storm?" Dios asked.13

"So, instead, you get a snot-nosed wannabe werewolf?" Yvonne asked.14

"Reper, you dunce! We need a Storm not a shape shifting girl." Alix said pushing Reper at a human's strength.15

"I'm not just any shape shifting girl!" Racheal said turning into her Morte Cane form and catching on fire. The Fears all gawked at her impressed. Yvonne rolled her eyes. Racheal barked and fire came from her mouth. Yvonne jumped and rolled her eyes again.16

"That's the power we will need for Plan H.V.C. so, she will help us." Reper said and everyone took that as the final statement.17

"Jenna, can you find the Fears?" Anna asked her friend sitting cross-legged on the couch eating bloody cereal.19

"Sure. I'll need something of theirs though. And, I'll need some time. I've been working on one power when I came locate where someone is by spelling out the address or their location. I'll try that, too." Jessica said. Anna nodded and told Ben and Artemis to go look for something. Anna and Jessica left to check bedrooms and Gerald was to check Alister's study. Jenna was left with Henry to help her get everything else she needed.20

"So, Henry, how's life?" Jenna asked.21

"Oh, it's okay. I need to tell Anna about Reper's Plan." Henry said. Jenna stopped what she was doing and turned to him.22

"What 'Plan'?" Jenna asked calmly.23

"Well, Reper, since he was made, wanted to be most powerful. He found out that a way to be most powerful is to be in the H.V.C.. That's what Artemis and I were talking about. We didn't want to tell Anna right away about it because Reper said-" Henry paused.24

"Said what?" Jenna exclaimed, putting whatever she had in her hands down and doing the same with Henry.25

"Um, he said that Anna had unlimited power and he wanted to use her to, um, take over the H.V.C. and enslave all Vampires." Henry said.26

"Okay, um, what is the H.V.C.?" Jenna asked trying to keep her voice steady.27

"It's like The White House for Vampires. It's location changes every few decades but, right now it's in Greece. H.V.C. basically stands for Head Vampire Confederation. Three Vampires are chosen by fate to go to the H.V.C. and rule over Vampires, making up rules and punishing rule breaking Vampires. But, you either need to be an H.V.C. Vampire or you have to be invited by one to go into the H.V.C. for safety reasons against the H.V.C.. Oh, and it lasts for as long as the H.V.C. moves. They will be choosing new H.V.C. tomorrow." Henry explained.28

"And you didn't tell anyone else, why?" Jenna said. Henry shrugged.29

"Henry, I'm going to be frank to you right now. If it weren't for your curly dirty blonde head of hair, I would be smacking you silly. So, I suggest you go tell Anna and the rest before I change my mind." Jenna said smirking.30

Henry smirked, too, and left Jenna to go tell everyone. When he was gone, Jenna giggled at her words and actually had an idea, deep down, that he might be a little cute.31
