Hell broke loose in Wonderland
This was too much for one could stand
The fields had puddles of syrupy red
Someone else is yelling, "Off with their head."1
Yet, no one suspected dear sweet Alice
For the Caterpillar's carnage and the Mad Hatter's malice
For the White Rabbit's wipe out and Dee and Dum's doom
For the Mock Turtle's massacre, nope, none assumed.2
Yet the Cheshire Cat is more than spared
While everyone else was horribly scared
He simply grins at this unbelievable crime
He thinks what is happening is more then sublime3
The weapons of choice became dulled by much use
But the bloodshed's complete, cooked is thier goose
The Cheshire Cat grins, the tragic deed has been done
Out of everyone there, Alice loved only one.4
Wonderland is quite silent and still
Since the Queen of Hearts was her final kill
This entire world, though, is all in Alice's head
It turned dark and twisted, just as she had led5
Since Alice came back from this heavy trip
Adolescence was no longer in her grip
When she became an adult, she was insane to the core
They locked her away, which made her crave even more67
This curious little girl is now a mad dame
To her reality and fiction is one in the same
Ever since she took that one little pill
She's not bigger or smaller, she just wants to kill8
In the insane asylum, you can still hear her scream
Her craving for blood didn't stop with the dream
Pity, she wouldn't have eternally darkened her soul
If she didn't chase the rabbit and fell down that damn rabbit hole9

I liked this poem. Especially the goose-part. Not sure if it's insane enough.

This is an awesome poem. I ove the idea of wonderland not being that wonderful and instead full of carnage. Carry on writing, great work.
