Where are you?
My body waits, asleep.
My soul is complete,
but my heart seeks you out.1
My arms are ready.
Years ago they were more patient.
They have yet to wrap themselves around another.
They are still waiting for you.2
My eyes are ready.
They are still searching.
Hoping one day to meet yours.
Perhaps yours are closed,
and will open when they find me.3
My hands are ready.
They tire of writing to you.
They wring themselves in anticipation.
One day you will hold them.4
My feet are ready.
They long to accompany you.
They will walk many miles beside you.5
I have waited.
I have saved myself for only you.
My heart has been safe guarded.6
I am still waiting.

Don't let it sting too much, because your poem is beautiful. I think you've improved a lot over the summer. I really, really like
My hands are ready.

My feet are ready.

those two ^. They're beautiful and make me feel the emotions you were channeling. Sigh... It's not fair- we have ridiculous marriage role models! Stephanie and Reesell Crowe; John and Molly; David and Kristen... could they be any cuter or more fun!?
Sheesh.

OH HOW I MISS THEM
Except for David and Christin because they're still here. BUT THE OTHER FOUR ARE SEVERELY MISSED. And yeah, you're right, they're such great role models. :/
