The key word for getting to know yourself better is BRAINSTORM. What's your first instinct in a desperate situation? Do you follow your heart or mind? This first part is meant to go like this: I'll give you twenty or so words. You should only read one at a time. In 5 seconds or less, decide what that word makes you feel. Write down the VERY FIRST word that comes to mind. If I say 'swim' and you answer 'tomato', it's just fine. I'm not looking for a rational answer - that wouldn't really say who you are.
