Although Sophia knew her mission. She couln't help but feel slightly lost. She had been on this planet not so long ago, but had been slaughtered at the hands of the shinra army, and now she was searching for their general, the one who had taught her everything she had known about fighting. However, like so many other black cloaked men, Sophia let her instints guide her, knowing that she would be led to her master. Sophia had landed not too far from Junon, so she decided she would lay low for a couple of days before the start of her journey. She had stayed in an inn close to the harbour, and had a wonderful view of the ever growing polluted sea. She knew that the shinra were coming over to Junon, and after hearing about the appearence of Sephiroth, she knew they would probably cross the ocean. Sophia knew this was her chance to cross the ocean un-noticed, so she waited.1
Finally the shinra boat pulled into the harbour. Sophia waited until all shinra personell were on land before boarding, as she could not be caught this time. She knew that they would not hesitate to kill her again. Her master would be most displeased if that were to happen, and she would have to go through that annoying trial period again. Sophia had found a nice hiding spot on the boat. Very roomy, even a porthole to look out of, and even though she was below deck, She felt a little more comfortable than expected, knowing that she would be safe here. However, what she had not realised was that she had been followed into the room, by another who resembled the master she was seeking. The sephiroth at large at this time, the clone that had been created after her masters death.2
The clone was something Sophia did not know about. She was never interested in the scientist projects at the shinra. Sophia had always dispised the scientist, just like her master, but she always showed her hate towards him. Her name for him had been freaky hojo, and every conversation she had had with him always ended up in shouting. She had remembered sephiroth giggle sometimes as she had stormed away. A rare occasion which only happened when sephiroth truly hated the one who had been scolded. She had often wondered if he had been laughing at her, or even if he had hated her, but she had realised that if he had done, ho would never have given her so many fighting lessons. She had been thinking about this for a long time, when she realised the boat was actually moving. Sophia had heard some noises outside the door and thought she had better keep quiet. She had been thinking she was safe for a while now, and thinking that it was safe outside, she decided to let out a small cough, to which a few seconds later, the door to the room opened. She had been caught3

I don't remember the boat part. Unless it is the one where Nanaki got to walk on two feet in a sailor suit. That made me happy. I really need to play this game again. But yes! Story. I like it.
