The only thing she didn't have was money. But to her lover, at first this didn't matter, he loved her. To him she was his princess, he didn't care what people thought of the richest, most popular guy in school dating someone like her. At first it was about the challenges of everyday life and just being together, that he loved. As time progressed evanescently, things started to change. 2
His family placed a lot or pressure on this young boy. For this boy represented all the hard work the family had put in to be so respected. He should have been dating a more stentorian, denumeral and wealthy girl. One that had a place in society. To be straightforward without pulling any punches. She was a poor person, so immediately Mummy and Daddy would not approve. He had aways tried to ignore it, it was a very strong boy and didn't listen to what people said.3
But his parents brought the conversation up at dinner one night in a very disingenuous way. He hated how his parents would never tell him how they felt. But he knew that they were not happy about his choice of a girlfriend. But they continued to act surreptitiously, so they didn't upset their favourite son. They knew that separating him from Mabel would be like trying to exorcise a demon, hard to do but it could be done. 4
She was in class. She had signed up for this course of extra English. It was a subject she was struggling with. I mean who understands Shakespeare. She was to be viewing a demonstration about Onomatopoeia. She had an assessment due on the topic but she found it really dull. She wished she could be reimbursed of the money she spent on the course it didn't help much at all when all she could think about was Frederick. Her teacher was talking to her but she was entranced in the thought of him. 5
She looked at him facetiously as he yelled at her to pay more attention, she was busy ornamentating her folder with his name. All the girls were jealous and didn't understand why he was with her. 6
"Can you define the term Nomenclature for me young lady." He smiled ready to flagellate her accordingly.7
She looked at him wishing she could eviscerate him with her own eyes. To exsanguinate him on the spot. 8
"What does that have to do with English sir? It bears no relevance." She smiled. 9
"I will determine what is relevant explain the term and while you are at it explain Extrapolate, Petrograph, Zaftig, Phobia and Surreptitious. Better yet you will write the words and definitions 100 times each for homework tonight. Is that clear?" He asked as he expurgated the material from her book. She was furious. 10
She noticed a change in Frederick that afternoon, he seemed distant, it felt like he wanted the next international flight out of their relationship. She was right. After questioning him in an Interrogatory manner, suddenly all the things that didn't matter before mattered. Money became more important. She had the worst day and he had just added the icing on the cake. Every word he said exacerbated the situation. "It's not you it's me, we can be friends. I need to start thinking about stratigising for a better future."11
She cried and begged him not to leave her. She didn't want to seem like an eleemosynary, but she loved him she didn't want to lose him. 12
So he left her there crying, he threw away his one true love, he started living the life of money, he got caught up in it. A year later he found himself miserable and lonely. He had everything money could buy, but his soul mate was not with him. So deep down he knew he could live without a dime but not without her. So the power of his parents words could notwithstand the love he felt for his Mabel. 13
It was midnight, on a cold winters night, he found himself, throwing small pebbles at his window, in hopes of waking his sleeping beauty up. It had been almost 8 weeks since he saw her, he missed her so much.14
After what seemed like an eternity, she poked her tired head out the window. She looked shock to see him standing there. 15
"What are you doing here! It's the middle of the night have you lost your mind?" She asked. 16
"I had to come, I had to see you. I missed you so much, I am so sorry for ever hurting you and listening to my parents, I was a fool and I want you back, I dont need anything that life will offer me, all I need is you. I know that now." He blurted out. 17
"How can I believe that? Look at what they have, look how easy it was for you to turn your back on me, you gave up on me, you broke my heart. Prove it to me prove that it will be different this time."18
"I told you that you are all I need." He said pulling out two plane tickets. 19
"We can go away from here, and start over just the two of us, without my meddling family, just me and you." He said. 20
He hadnt noticed that she had disappeared from the window and was no standing in front of him, she hugged him tight, his eyes felt with tears as she embraced him. He was whole, he was complete, he needed nothing else. 21
I know you must be thinking blah that was to easy, but he had proved himself to her, if he was willing to give up hsi life, in all its riches, thats all she needed.22
They would certainly live happily ever after.23

Hey before the contests end I wanted to let you know that I took ur adive and did what you said if you wanted to take another look at it? xxx QueenT ooo
-
Well, you used all the words eh?
wow.
Contrary to your opinion, I don't think this story is boring at all.
I agree with Kethry though in the point that maybe it ended a bit quickly. I would have liked to hear *how* the boy made it up to her.
All in all a pretty solid story.
good luck.

I'm so sorry. I tried to read this, but the blinking lights are making me kinda dizzy, I'm sure I would have loved it if I could have finished it. I wish you luck in the contest and have a great day.

I like the way you've added all the words. It gives you a good chance to win doesn't it. I like the story too although I thought the ending was too quick after he left. It was good he realised his mistake and came back otherwise there wouldn't have been a happy ever after. Good luck in the contest.

done

Um okay sorry, didnt realise, this was harder than I thought it would be, I will fix it in a sec. Sorry again
-
You used Surreptitious twice.
you missed Interrogatory, prolly because I just realized it hadn't pasted into the pre-definition list.
It is one of the words however and it's the one you're missing if you want to get all 30.
-
those are 30 powerful words there and you managed to use them all.you certainly deserve a trophy for the effort.my best to you in the contest.those are some great words and they present quite a challenge which you met.
-
Thanks for the tip I have added them to my Authors comments, you may want to count again cos I have counted 3 times now and I see thirty highlighted words.
Thanks for the comment I will be sure to return the favour

I only see 29
incidentally, you need to have a list of these in the author comments or they won't get counted. I know you highlighted them but still, rules are rules.
-
Well anyone who endeavours to use just half of those words, deserves some kind of medal!
Why use something like eviscerate, when most people would understand disembowel. You deserve 100% for effort - 'cos I wouldn't have even attempted it!
I would read through your piece aloud, and you will see where you have missed out a couple of words. eg.
"She was in love WITH a warm hearted man,"
incidentally, advocate can be used in two ways - noun and verb.
Good try.
