I look at my wife.2
“This room”, she elaborates. “This life. Me”.3
I frown. “What…?”4
“It’s your creation” she interrupts. “And it’s ending”.5
“Are you okay?” I ask, concerned. Married for seventeen years, and I’ve never seen her so… dispassionate...6
I reach out to her, but fireworks explode in my head. I stagger backwards.7
“What…?”8
“It’s happening”, she says, calmly.9
“I… I love you!” I stammer.10
And close my eyes…11

100 words! Bloody hell, that was tough. Started out with 295, and had to shave off two-thirds! Oh well... rules is rules...
