The ride has been filled with excitement and great anticipation, and throughout the course, we have gathered a great host of talented authors and brilliant, captivating stories. We have singled out the best of the best and seperated the greatest from the rest.4

Another remarkable year has passed. It has been very tasking. I am almost achingly sore. 146

As a rule, the decision of the Council of Judges is final and cannot be challenged. I can assure you - the results were compiled with complete transparency by four different panels of judges. After individual results, totals were compiled and than the winners finalized. 147
