I like to look around in dark damp cave's1
so I was out one day and seen a hole in the2
side of a cliff3
it was real hot that day so I thought why not4
go on in and get out of the heat5
I usually never go alone inside a cave I have6
never been in before,but this was a hot,hot7
day so I thought I could stay in side until8
it got a bit cooler out side9
I stepped in and it was so much cooler inside10
that I was feeling better in a flash11
inside the mouth of the cave it was wide as if12
asking to be entered,the sun was at the point 13
where it was filling the dirt room with lots of14
light,it smelled musty and of old dust and damp15
sod,I sat down on the dirt floor for about oh16
I guess it must have been an hour the cool was17
feeling so good to me I just didn't want to do18
much at all,but then I seen a writing on the side19
of the cave and I had to look at it to try and 20
see what it was,and then I could see lots more of21
the same kind of markings,what was this I had found22
was this some kid of tribal cave or did it go back23
way back to cave man days I don't know, I was hoping24
to see more but it was going to start to get dark 25
in another few hours so I need to go and come back26
when I have more time to really look around27
I don't like to be in the caves alone so I go back28
out and start to head on home,all the while thinking29
to my self that I will be back in a day or so to 30
look in to this cave a little deeper31
wow what if I have found something good,and maybe32
there is some real finds to be found33
about that time I could hear the sounds of my alarm34
clock telling me it was time to get up,heck this was35
just a dream and I cant go back now to find out if36
I was going to really hit the big mother load37
but at least I got to go back in times of the cave38
man if only in my dreams.39

wow this was a dream? very cool dream in that case...ou have an easily read style that falls on my eyeballs with ease.thanks for writing that way.there are too many depressed folks here already! i rather like it when someone has SOMETHING to say in a poem,especially when it's a dream kep up the goodies ...

I love sleeping because you can dream and go anywhere in the world.Or out of this world for that matter..lol..This was awesome! I write about my dreams sometimes too.I have some bizzar ones..lol..I enjoyed this! Well done!

This was a good dream untill it ended,I will never know what else was in that cave,boo hoo,guess I will move on now and hope to get back to that dream again,love you to sis and I really hope you start to feeling better sooooooooooooooon .Doris.
