Warriors seek men in black, I tell1
That be the leader I say well2
As in battle it matters naught3
It be the way he has been taught4
He fights for family name, does he5
Pride be greater than death ye see6
Young lads taught to follow course7
Aye, how to sit a warrior’s horse8
See yon young one no fear be thine9
Briana knows you be in ye prime 10
Author notes
Cyhydedd fer: (cuh-hee-dedd ver): A simple form consisting of eight syllable couplets. This form can be used as a series of couplet stanzas similar to the Ghazal, or as a cauda (tail) for one of other forms.
Since I just completed a course in Ghazals, this seemed appropiate.

Again, very well done. You write in ways I have never heard of so I have nothing to compare it against but it does a fine job of getting the message across. I tip my hat to you again.
