Okay, I give you permission to laugh. I haven't changed anything in it since I wrote it... hm... when I was 11? Even the spelling(obviously I hadn't discovered spell-check yet):cccccc1
"Thursday, Year 1017 After Queen Mirel’s Crowning. 2
Elmeresia was a not modern girl. She hadn’t any fine clothes like evening gowns and fancy ball dresses, but had sturdy, durable work pants and hard leather jackets . No party’s of her own, no relaxing time to just, well, relax. 3
Her father worked her to from dawn to dusk in the fields, plowing, hoeing, and watering the plants, for he had no son. He was getting old, and couldn’t do much the work without help. They weren’t wealthy enough to hire a farm boy, so young Elmeresia at age seven got the job after her mother died.4
The girl would wake up an hour before the sun rise, cook breakfast for old Pa, and then set out to the fields, too begin her day’s work.5
At sun down, Elmeresia would put her tools in the shed by the barn, and head home to cook supper for Pa.6
This was her daily routine for years and years, and she thought it would never change. She thought she would die an old, unmarried, disgraceful farm girl, working only for the sake of her father’s memory. This thought always haunted young Elmeresia, until she was sixteen years old and sitting at the kitchen table reading the days paper.7

The King Has A New Plan For The Prince!9
King Eldom the 3ed has done it once again. A lovely princess from the south had come to our kingdom in hopes of marry our prince. But, as King Eldom has done in the past, sent her away, with nothing but a basket of fruit. Our King swears under the watch of religion he had done nothing but greet her, and welcome her into his palace, but do we have the heart to have the truth in old Eldom? Some are descusing of a protest at the northern gate, and refusing to come ≈to any great balls of the sort until our prince is married. Others plainly refuse to pay their taxes, or feed their own -own- children. One family refuses to give their blessings to the royal family during meals. Us citizens of the great city of Bliss feel as though the royal family are betraying our trust in them to supply our prince with a wealthy wife. But recent news has spread that King Eldom will take three of every status (I say “status” with great displeasure) of girl from the young age twelve to the near women hood of eighteen to the mountains to train as a eligable wife . One lucky lass will be picked by the prince himself, and live a perfectly bliss life in the palace.10
In the morning, just as Elmeresia was rising out of bed she heard a rough knocking on the door of their one room house. 11
She could hear a girl’s voice shouting to her. “Oh, Elmeresia, do hurry! Every one is in town square waiting for the Royal adviser to pick the three farm girls! Please hurry!”"

Author notes
Heehee, I just felt like I had to post this. This is only about half a page of ten pages I have of it... but I doubt anybody would want to read that much of it.
