the seasons of life

spring has past and summer has goneas the shadows fall and the winter pulls down the shades of time the light of time the light of life begins to dim and dreams start to fade the leaves begin to float slowly to the ground stripping each limb of every tree of all the majestic bueaty that once graced the mountain side the love that i once knew a love that passed all expectations exceded all imagination and reality was far more bueatiful then the budding flowers of spring more satisfying than the fruits brought forth by the rays of life giving the sun shining from above a love that surpassed the bueaty of the lily of the valley summers most glorious flower but like all seasons summer must pass the flowers must die the sap of the trees and all the green things return to the ground from which it came yes summer is gone and fall has taken it's tole the shadows of time grow longer and longer and the days of life grow shorter and shorter as i stand here starring out into the maze of time and the memories pass through the pages of my mind memories of the good times memories of the great times memories of the bad times memories of friends, enemys, familys, places, and things. memories that will live foreva and will remain stamped on my heart then as my mind returns to reality and fall was still there and winter was near by i loooked up and saw that the snow was beginning to fall and clouds had covered the sky and there were no stars in the sky not one tiny little star then it dawned upon my mind then spring had truly passed and the summer of life had gone and the shadows of fall had covered the earth and winter would soon destroy lives foolish fantasies and yet has a way of winning out and there is no doubt in my mind there would soon be another spring and summer would soon come and life will continue on so i will jus take my dream with me and then i'll know my dream can neva be lost1
