No Name.

Chapter 1-1

 Heading out to the parking lot from the mall on that remarkable day -December 1, 2018- Kody turned to see a man with black hair and red eyes behind him. The man smiled - he had such sharp teeth - and lunged to Kody's neck. It seemed like the man was trying to bite him - but Kody didn't believe in vampires or any other legend. Kody then heard a car slide into the parking lot. A beautiful girl with blonde hair and dark blue eyes picked him up by his shirt collar and threw him into the car. The car was a sports car - an ordinary mustang that was painted black with two blue stripes. Kody examined the girl, who was shooting at the man with black hair. " DON'T JUST STARE AT ME! DUCK DOWN! " the girl yelled at Kody. Kody nodded and ducked. The man with black hair shot the windsheild out. The girl got a peice of glass in her left eye; but she just put her hand over it and kept shooting. The man finally fell down. The girl got out of her car - still holding her bleeding eye - and stabbed the man. She then got back inside the car, where Kody was short of breath and scared. " Your - your eye . . " Kody gasped. The girl touched the blood running down her cheek.  " Oh! I almost forgot that! " the girl said, then took some black liquid out of her purse and poured it inside her eyeball. As soon as she poured the liquid in, her eye healed and seemed perfectly fine. " WHAT IS THAT?! " Kody pointed to the black liquid. " What? You've never used Ki Shi before? " the gril tilted her head with a raised eyebrow. " Ki Shi? " Kody never heard of such a thing - and he was a doctor. " You're not one of us! " the girl put her head down on her steering wheel. Kody then noticed her outfit. She had a green tubetop with white fur on the neck collar and black shorts with some black leather boots. All of those had blood stains on them except a big silver cross necklace dangling off her skinny neck. She also had black racing gloves on with blood stains on them as well. 2

" Who are you?! " Kody demanded to know. 3

The girl silently raised her head up, looked him in the eye, and said " You haven't gained the right to learn of my name. "4

Kody sighed. " Fine, then I'll call you . . No Name. " Kody said. The girl shrugged, turned back on the car, and drove. " Works for me. " She said as she stepped harder on the gas pedal. She seems so unreal; so perfect, Kody thought. The girl pressed the gas pedal harder, making the car go 120 mph. She laughed as Kody clang to the passenger seat.  " Your name is? " the girl asked him, her red lips pursing into a smile. " K-Kody. " Kody replied, looking through the broken windsheild. " Well, Kody, hope you like fast speed. " the girl laughed. 5

" Wh-What? " Kody's eyes grew wide.6

" I'm taking you with me on my mission. " the girl replied, smiling. Kody gulped; he was just a small-town doctor. What did she want from him? And, who was No Name?!7
