Author notes
This is an Alphabet Acrostic where we couldn't add many words on each line in the contest. We spent Christmas 2004 with our Daughter Julie, Husband Graeme and 3 Grandsons, POP did get a pressie, I am just having a lend of him.
I started to post this in the contest 4 hours ago, but AP kept playing up and it took me over an hour to post it. I just realized it didn't go in the Contest, so I deleted the first one and copied and pasted poem and comments in here.
GRRRR AP plays up at the wrong time, just as well I noticed it now, Sorry Kimberly.

I got Bronze for this one, Bob loved it, he's got a mouthful of food and no top teeth in, they've been sitting on top of the wardrobe for 14 years
same as his hearing aids
but he gets new ones soon and I've told him he has to wear them so that he can hear me

This was a great snippet of life with Bob while economizing on your word usage by using just the letters of the alphabet. Not only are these full of challenge, we need to decide as writers the exact and proper word to convey our message. Brilliantly done, my

This is absolutely brilliant Autie Joan. I am sooo cracking up here. I love it and the picture you added couldn't have been more perfect. Oh my... I do hope Bob gets his act together so he can get a Christmas gift this year!
Thank you so much for entering my contest and meeting the challenge I put forth. You did awesome. Good luck!

This was truly a humorous piece as the picture itself speaks volumes
Poor Bob though

Does Bob always look sad when he's got his mouth full? I always look happy when I'm eating. You'll see when you come here in October! Applause for a great alphabetacrostic.

Poor Bob...no wonder he doesn't look like a happy camper! Why does the person on the left have a purple blindfold? You have an odd way of celebrating Christmas
