Chapter 1-2

It was an ordinary day for the students of Heffran High's most famous vampire class, none other than the class of danger. I was back to normal, getting me a water from the water machine with Larina, Karina, Ulana, Yaseray and Faith by my side. " Amber, do you want to hang out tonight? " Faith asked, poking her new fangs, wich she took some weird pride of having them. She tried to make her eyes glow red. I could tell; she was straining her eyes. " They only get red if you're thirsty or angry. " I said with a laugh. " You all are lucky! You got to live back in the eighteenth hundreds! I wanna' know what it was like back then. " Faith said, upset. " I could tell you all about it and show you pictures of it if you like. It's really nothing special, Faith. " I said, biting my water bottle's top of with my fangs. " Great! " Faith beamed.
" Karina! "
All the vampires at once opened their red eyes, waiting to see who the women that said that was. But Larina looked the most upset. Tears acctually came to her red eyes. " M- Mother? " She whispered; tears in her breath. I raised an eyebrow. " How dare you? " The woman slapped Larina's face. " I told you to never call me that. To you, my name is Rina Lang. " The woman gave Larina an evil look, then turned to Karina. " Hey, baby girl! " She gave her a huge hug. Larina put her head down and a tear fell to the ground from her cheek. Yaseray, Ulana, Faith and I stared at her. I stepped towards her. " Larina, are you al- "
She slapped my hand away.
" Just . . go. " She whispered. Rina Lang came over to Larina. " Rina, I've changed. I really truly have. " Larina said, hope in her eyes. The tears made her cheeks look glossy. Larina's medium-length black hair swayed in the wind. Her lips twitched. She held out her hands towards her mother. She was desperate. But, for what? " Really? You killed your father! " Rina Lang slapped Larina. A red mark came to Larina's cheek. " See . . see you girls later. " Larina managed to say, then she ran off, dropping the red tie from her uniform behind her. " Larina, " Karina reached her hand out and tried to follow her crying sister. " Karina, sweetheart, come on. Let's go to the cafe'. " Rina said, leading her other daughter to the cafe' doors.
" Did that really happen? " Yaseray asked when Mrs. Lang and Karina went into the cafe'. " I don't know, but one question: Why is Mrs. Lang here in the first place? " I replied. " Who knows. Let's ask Larina. " Ulana said, putting her blue hair in a ponytail. 3

" L, come on. Open up. " I put my ear against the door.
" Come on, L. You're my best friend. Remember when you drove me to my parents house? I know you remember beating me up in your basement and drugging me so I would fall asleep and you could take me to that place! Good times, huh? Or the time when you ate Karey and I blamed Edenson and Ayru for you? Come on, Larina! Please open up! "
After I said all that, the door knob opened slightly. " Only Amber can come in. " Larina said from inside. I shrugged at Yaseray, Ulana and Faith, then walked in.4

Chapter 2-5

" Look what I made her. Pathedic, huh? " Larina put her hand under her chin and looked into her dark closet. Her whole room was dark. Black velvet walls with blood stains on the black carpet. Her bed and vanity was neon red and her closet had purple stars on it and was black. She was laying on her bed and she threw a paper at me that she had wrote herself.6

(It's so nice to see you; since you haven't spoke to me since I was 9 and you put me in that camp, mother.

I gave her a sad look. Tears filled my hazel eyes. Larina had cried so much that her eyes were bright purple. I had never seen her act this way. " Tell me . . what is going on? " I put my hand on her back as she curls up into a ball on her bed and cries more. " Mother sent me away when I was nine to a camp called DVCC. Deranged Vampire Control Camp. That's why I called you deranged when you had that break down. I took all my anger from my mother out on you. I'm sorry, Amber Shay. " Larina put her head down like she was ashamed. " But, your mother said you killed - "
" My father? Yes. I- I didn't mean too! He was coming up the stairs, looking for me. I was running around with Karina. I pushed him as a joke and he bust his head through our glass door - cut his head off. Mother said it wasn't an accident and sent me away, telling me that I wasn't her child. She said I was the devil's child. That I didn't deserve her as a mother and I wasn't allowed to call her mother. It's been that way ever since . . no matter how much I try to make her love me. " Larina got up and stared at her reflection in the mirror. " I'm still a useless, cold-hearted monster to her. And I always will be. I'm pathedic. " Larina spit out those words at her mirror with hatred. " C'mon, L. Don't be so hard on yourself. Let's go ask Mr. Platmore what's going on and why she's here. He's back from vacation finally. " I said, opening the door. " Good. It's July now. He should be! " Larina tried to laugh, but it only came out as a mere whimper.9

Chapter 3-10

" MR. PLATMORE! " I bang on the door with both my fist as Larina eats mints behind me. It was the fifteenth time I had knocked on his door. " OPEN UP! " I screamed. " Ugh. What a great teacher. Can't even look after his stu- "
" Hello? "
Larina's face burned when he opened the door. " I mean, he's such a GREAT teacher, haha. Heh . . " Larina hid behind me as I smirked. " Mr. Platmore, I have a question. " I said, leaning in towards his office. " Yes? What is it, Amber Shay? " Mr. Platmore replied. I could tell he was nervous; he was glancing around fastly. " Rina Lang is here. I was wondering - "
" Parents day. "
" WHAT?! " Larina yelled, pushing herself in front of me. " Parents day? " I tilt my head to my shoulder. " ONLY HUMANS HAVE THAT! " Larina yelled. " Nope. Humans have their's when school is in session. Vampires have their's when it's Summer and the humans are gone. " Mr. Platmore said. I looked around the hallway, scared my mother or father would be behind me. " I can't believe this. " Larina grumbled. " Believe it, girls. We HAD to show respect for the vampires' parents, too, didn't we? " Mr. Platmore laughed.11

" You're enjoying this, aren't you? "12

Mr. Platmore thought for a minute, putting his hand to his head. " Yes, I am. " he smirked. " Well, let's see if you enjoy a nice little punch in the - "
" LARINA! "
She turned to me. " Sorry. " She said, putting her head down. 13

Later that day Larina and I got our friends and their parents and we all fit into the basement of Heffran High and we demanded to hear every story of every vampire student at Heffran High. The response to that? You can read it yourself if you want to.14

Chapter 4: Ulana Michelle Aimren-15

Ulana? Was it her friendly purple eyes, light and soft blue hair, or bright smile that made people fall for the clever and pale vampire? Ulana's first breath was taken on December 18, 1780. She was always teased by the humans due to her unnatural-looking looks. But, Ulana worked hard and always pleased her mother, Michelle Aimren. Until Ulana's mother died on December first, 1841 from blood drainage due to Ulana's father, Gary Aimren. Ulana never looked at her father the same way, and she took a rebellious stage against everyone, wich made her childhood pretty rough. Ulana's father did everything he could to make her stop the rebellious pact she had against him. By 1901, Ulana was drinking alchol behind her father's back because she got involved with people that did drink against the law. She became an alcholic by the time she was fourteen in human years. Then, Ulana bought some alchol, got aboard a train on Christmas, 1912, and ran away from home. She was caught with a fake I.D. up in Northren Maine trying to buy more alchol and police came. Once she had the chance to call someone to get her out of jail, Ulana turned to her father. He was suprised to hear from his daughter, since by then it was 1914. He came up to the jail and bought Ulana home. That was when she realized she had a problem with alchol. So, Ulana ran away again and camped under a beach in South California with no money to buy alchol. This was her way to self-punish herself. She ate grass and drank sea water for eighty-two days, then started making her way back to her father when she felt no need for alchol. She was almost home when she saw Heffran High. She called her half sister, Miami Cox. Miami acted as Michelle Aimren for her, then Ulana got into Heffran High. She met Yaseray there and Yaseray got her a job. For a while, Ulana worked as a waitress, then, once she spoke to her father again, she got a trust fund. Ulana vowed to never drink alchol again. The year after she joined Heffran High, Larina and Karina came. She had already told Yaseray everything that happened, and Yaseray promised not to tell anyone her secret. Guess the secret is out, Ulana. 16


Chapter 5: Yaseray Lon Korvin-17

Yaseray is a unique name, of course. Her mother's name is Yasmin and her father's is Ray. Yasray was an option, but the er made it special. Lon? She was born in London. So, Yaseray has the most unique name. But, there is more to Yaseray than just her name. Yaseray was born in a mansion in East London on January 4, 1785. When Yaseray wa four, she won a spelling bee contest against a teenager. So, Yasmin Korvin took her to New York to compete there. She got caught for illegally crossing to the U.S.A. from London. Her mother was sent to prison, and Yaseray got put in foster care. She learned how to controll her british accent there. When Yaseray was twelve, her sister, Felai Korvin, was born. Felai was put in foster care as well. But, Felai was put in another foster care. When Yaseray was thirteen, she took Felai, who was only one year old, and headed to New York. Yaseray was caught when she tried to check into a hotel with Felai on her back using a fake I.D. and the police took Felai away, then took Yaseray back to foster care. She ran away again, all alone. She made it to Central Park on her own feet, then walked to Times Square and saw a girl wearing a Heffran High uniform. She was curious, so she followed the girl to her house and slept in a bush that night. When the girl awoke, Yaseray followed her to Heffran High and met Mr. Platmore, who took her in as a student. Yaseray wants to know Felai and won't stop til she knows her sister is alive. Who knows? Felai might be near right now.18


Chapter 6: Faith Anne Cross-19

Faith and Hope was the way the sisters were planned to be. Good little christian girls. And, Faith is. With her ruby red lips, pale skin, and long black hair, Faith was easily noticed by the Class of Danger. But, was it for better or worse? Faith Anne Cross took her first breath on the morning of April 21, 1992. Her parents knew she was special since Faith was always playing nurse, trying to help people. Hope, on the other hand, was the opposite. And, when their father died, Hope became worse. You could say she took it out on Faith, sure. She DID. But, Mrs. Cross didn't know that, and Faith wouldn't tell her. Faith was abused by Hope. But, since Faith was so good to her sister, she spoke of it to no one. On July 18, 2001, Mrs. Cross finally realized it was Hope who was bruising Faith. Faith begged her mother to not say anything, but Mrs. Cross scolded Hope and punished her anyways. Hope then took a harsher way to Faith's being. She demanded that they left their home. Being herself, Faith was pushed around easily and she said yes to please her sister. By the time they got to Heffran High, they were almost normal sisters. Until Faith got put in a higher class than Hope did. That made Hope angry and not speak to Faith. Later that year, she tried to get Faith to help bring their father back to live since Hope was into witchcraft and believed she could do that. Faith tried to refuse, so Hope did her best - her best slapping, that is. Amber came to Faith and protected her, pointing a gun at Hope. Hope dropped the idea of bringing her father back after that. Faith and Hope will never be close, most likely. But, Faith seems happy being with the Class of Danger. She looks at it like this: She rather be a vampire with friends than to be a human with none. Good thinking, Faith. 20

Chapter 7: Ayru Rhine Delon-21

From the time he saw the sparkle in his son's eyes, Mr. Delon could tell his son would be quite the womanizer. And, Mr. Delon was right. Ayru always had a nice life. Eating at fancy resturants, going to adult parties and going all around the world was his childhood. Ayru's never really been in danger like the rest of his friends. He always was curious, though. Curious about the world and what filled it. Ayru was the only one in the Class of Danger that wasn't born a vampire. He was alone one day in his bedroom - around the time Ayru was ten, back in 2003 - when he heard a crying woman. He looked outside his window and saw a beautiful, mysterious girl with dark brown hair and water-stained brown eyes. The sunset was glowing on her face. Ayru was attracted to the girl, so he went outside and asked her what was wrong. The girl looked at him, smiled, then bit him. Ayru didn't scream at first. He thought he was dreaming, considering he doesn't believe in vampires. Once he felt the pain of the girl's fangs, he pulled away and screamed, grabbing his neck. The girl just said thank you and left him alone, bleeding to death. Ayru's older sister, Sheanna Delon, found him and took Ayru to the emergency room. Being that humans don't know about vampire's health, they found the infection in his then human blood and supposed he had cancer. Everyone of his family members thought he would die. When Ayru continued living, the Delon's thought it was a miracle. Ayru noticed the fangs growing and once he was a complete noble vampire, he never said a word about being one to his family. The only one that knows Ayru is a vampire is Sheanna, who is a noble vampire as well. The Delon family still doesn't know about Ayru OR Sheanna being vampires. Guess they never will. Who knows? Maybe Ayru will tell them one day.22

Chapter 8: Aaron Ken Kelly-23

Always being made fun of for his last name, Aaron is quite the quiet type, really. All through middle school, girls fell for him, while the boys were jealous of him. Aaron never liked any girl at his school. They all were too different. It wasn't that they were humans, it was because they were too dumb for Aaron. Aaron got teased by the jealous boys because Aaron never asked a girl out. He was too busy focusing on school work. That's why it was a suprise when his teacher, Mrs. Cox, bit him. Aaron told his parents. Of course, they didn't believe him. Aaron kept his mouth shut after that, still working at school and being his nattural self. It was alright for two weeks. Then, when he got angry, he could feel his fangs and see red glimmers in his eyes. When Ayru moved to Heffran High, he never expected to be best friends with Ayru. And, Faith? He never expected to fall for such a abnormal human girl. But, Aaron's big secret is that no matter how hard he tries to not be, Aaron is in love with Emra (Emra? You'll figure out later). Him and Faith? Who knows what will happen? . . . 24

Chapter 9: Karina Lovine Lang-25

Karina was always genuine. Her grades were always top of the class, she never bit anyone, and she was always respectful. Karina never wanted anything more than what she couldn't have: Larina's respect. Larina loved Karina, of course, but she had no respect for her. Karina did Larina's work and often did Larina's hair and helped her pick out outfits for school. Larina secretly enjoyed this special treatment from her twin, so she said nothing. On Christmas Eve, when the girls were eight and sleeping in their bedroom, Larina put her arms around Karina and hugged her tight. She sung Jingle Bells to her. Karina has been even more attached to Larina since then. Some people say it's just a 'twin thing' but Karina treats Larina as if Larina was God's gift to the world. She couldn't love Larina more. And, even Larina admitted to Emra (you'll figure out later) when Emra first joined Heffran High that Karina was the reason Larina stopped being so rebellious. Karina will forever be super-attached to her twin sister. Karina is often described as precious and sweet. That's a thousand percent true. Karina is really nice to everyone. She is tender and accepting to everyone. She's the soft spot of the Class of Danger. 26

Chapter 10: Larina Dianna Lang-27

Being the opposite of her twin, Karina, as a child, Larina was rebellious and loud. She never listened to her mother or father. The only person in her family that she acctually trusted as a child was Karina. Larina always fought with the boys in the neighborhood that the Lang's lived in. She would come home with blood stains on her shirts and big grins on her face. Karina never aproved of this, but Karina kept her mouth shut to her parents and washed the blood off of Larina's clothes. Larina was always grateful of Karina, but she chose to never show it. Larina thought that if she acted sweet to Karina, Karina wouldn't act so tender to her. Larina is nice now, but she still has that agressive tent in her. Her friends are what makes her stay calm, but if a human makes Larina mad . . . . let's just say they don't want to do that. And, Larina has a secret. She is in love with one of the guys from the Class of Danger. 28

Chapter 11: edenson alexander carter-29

Lying to everyone, Edenson has to be smart. Stealing Amber and sneaking into a school as her 'brother' takes tough work. Edenson keeps to himself most of the time. He has always been like that. Edenson cannot control his emotions too well, he never has been able to do so. He fell in love with Emra, wich he knew wasn't REALLY wrong, but he couldn't say anything because of being her 'brother'. Edenson doesn't want to admit it, but he's in love with a girl he never thought he would love. The girl Edenson loves is the exact opposite of Emra. She is with Aaron, though. Yeah, Edenson is in love with Faith. But, Faith doesn't know that, and Edenson won't show that. He tries to impress her and he can't help but to dream of Faith. He's fallen in pure love for the youngest vampire. How interesting . . 30

Chapter 12: Emra Shay Martinez-31

Emra was always obidient. But, that day when Edenson stole her, he made her a new girl. He even changed her name! Amber? Like we would name our daughter something so plain. Emra, as a baby, had blonde hair and friendly hazel eyes. Now, she has dark brown hair and sparkling red eyes most of the time. Emra use to obey every word someone said. Her twin, Ambre, changed that. Ambre pushed her around - like Faith and Hope - until one day, Emra had enough. She was mean to everyone that day, yelling and insulting people. Just like Ambre. Once Emra came to Heffran High as 'Amber', Ambre came to Heffran High. A conflict happened, but Ambre ended up gone. Emra found herself liking Ayru Delon, but later she chose to be with Edenson, who isn't her actual brother. But, Emra is in love with Aaron. She just likes Faith too much to show it. That is the real reason why Emra didn't want Faith becoming a vampire with Aaron. She knew they would get closer, and Emra couldn't bear that. Emra and Aaron will grow even more closer in the near future. Just wait and see . . . 32

Chapter 13-33

Friendly, unique, good, curious, quiet, genuine, rebellious, smart, and obidient. That's the Class of Danger. We was all silent, reading those papers. Yaseray looked up at us. " You guys think that . . . maybe . . we shouldn't have read these? " She asked. " Nah, " I said.
" I think reading these might make us feel closer. "
Everyone smiled at me. " I think that you're right, Emra. " Ulana said, smiling. " To Emra! " everyone held up their hands and cheered for me for no apparent reason. " Emra, " Aaron came up to me. " Y- Yes? " I blushed, hoping Faith wasn't around. " See you later. " He said with a smile.34
