A Lesson Learned

Once there lived a very old poor man , he dident have much and lived in a little old hut made with sticks and stones, every day he would toil for sticks to make a fire and food to survive.2

Next to the old man lived a young rich boy ,  he lived on castles standing on pillars of gold , he was always showing off to the old man , but the old man dident care " at least i have some" he always said to himself .6

One day the old man came from home after toiling hard to find deliciouse fruit and vegatables to eat he saw his house on fire! his jaws dropped! it had to be the young rich boy!10

The old man sat down looking at his house burn into just ashes left , then he felt something rough on the spot "perhaps its something I could use" he said to himself positvely , he got up and looked , it was a shiney diamond in the dirt! he digged it out and it seemed to be as large as a pillow "What a beautiful stone this is! perhaps it has some value " he said .14

He walked to the nearest man who valued stones , the man gasped when the old man handed over the large diamond " Wow! This is a diamond! this is very rare ! 1 centimetre of this gem is wroth 900,000,00 dollars! The man gasped and before he knew it he was living in castles bigger and better than the rich man , the rich man became useless .18

The old man was a very kind person and let the young rich man become his friend , as for the rich man - he learned a lesson22
