I ran over to Jay and touched his face softly. I didn’t want to hurt him. I looked at his shirt it was torn. He had been in a fight, but who?1

“Jay are you ok?”2

“Im fine Aly. Im just glad you ok”3

I threw my arms around him and hugged him I felt his body tense4

“Oh shit! Im sorry!”5

“Its ok” he gave me a weak smile6

“Jay, who did this?”7

“Stev”8

“What? When?”9

“I left the room when you were in the shower to go get something to eat and when I was walking back I saw some one banging on the door to the room. When I got closer I saw that it was Stev”10

“Oh my….” But he cut me off11

“I tried to get him away but he hit me a couple of times and when he saw people coming he left. Im sorry Aly. All I want is for you to be safe”12

I tear slide down my cheek.13

“Im sorry Jay, I didn’t want this to happen to you”14

“No its fine, I want you to be safe and if I get hurt in the process its fine” and looked at me and gave me a smile I couldn’t ignore “I love you Aly, I never want to see you get hurt”15

I leaned in carefully to kiss him. I didn’t want to hurt him17

I slowly pulled back and gave a smile18

“Im going to take a shower and lay down, ill see you in 10minutes ok” Jay said looking at me19

“Ok” I smiled and watched him walk away.20

I walked back to Travis’s bed and sat down. He came and sat down next to me and put his arm around me and hugged me.21

“Its going to be ok now Aly”22

I smiled and hugged him.25

I heard the bathroom door open and saw Jay26

“Ok, well night Travis” I said smiling as I looked at him27

“Night guys” he looked at me with a bit of sadness in his eyes, but why28

I stood and walked towards Jay he smiled and started walking towards the door, I followed.29

“Want me to leave the door open Travis?” I asked as I got to the door30

What was his problem I thought. He’s been off with me ever since Jay got here. I just shrugged it off and went into the room. Jay laid on the bed and I laid next to him. I was facing him and he was facing me33

“Im glad im with you now though”36

“Me too” I gave him a cute smile37

“Im going to find a new place for us ok? A better one. Just me and you and no one else. It will be our own”38

“Really?”39

“Yes really. I want to be with you forever”40

I shot up when I heard that41
