Nothing Can Tear Us Apart (Aka. Nothing Can Split US) Chapter 2

I woke up by myself, I didn’t know what time it was or if it was day or night. I decided to get up from the bed and see where the he*l I was. I walked tiptoe over to the door and opened it silently, but it didn’t really worked cause the door still squeak when I almost just looked at it.
There was a small stair, so I was in a basement. I walked silent upstairs and looked around, there was white walls in the hallway, a door in the end of the hallway and two else on each wall inclusive the door to the basement.
I looked form right to left, and from left to right, and the hallway was empty.
I walked over to the first door on the same side as the basement and opened it. It was a room with a double bed, a mirror, some dolls and a dollhouse, it all was covered of dust and dirt it looked like it haven’t been used for years. I closed the door again and opened the door opposite the ‘girl room’ it was a smaller room, painted dark purple. There was a bed and a chest of drawers. The bed was undone I had a strong feeling to make the bed but I decided to let it be as it was.
Then the last door beside form the one in the end. I opened it, nothing. There was nothing in that room. I wondered for a time before I decided to move on. While I walked towards the last door I thought about the fact that there was no windows. I haven’t seen a single window so far. Now I stood in front of the last door, I took in the handle and opened the door. I looked inside and it looked like a living room, with a couch, a table, a tv and some plants, except for the plants was dead but they was in the room at least.
I stepped inside and I could see that there was a sort of an opening to another room, the kitchen. I froze, there he was, Jake. He was reading the news paper and was drinking coffee I walked on tiptoe few steps “goodnight Gerard” Jake said. I stopped again, busted,
“shall I go to sleep?” I asked and just stayed where I was
“no, or you don’t have to” he said still not looking up from the news paper
“then why did you say goodnight?” I was confused now, really confused
“cause it’s night, we vampires says goodnight when we gets up and good morning when we go to sleep” he said and sipped his coffee
“wait, did you said vampire?” I asked, I couldn’t believe my own ears, vampire, I’ve always dreamed of being one but not  for real, I didn’t thought they existed
“yes, you are a vampire now Gerard, sorry to tell you but that’s how it is” he said and putted his coffee down
“but how?” I asked “well I bite you, turned you and that was how” he giggled
“haha very funny” I said “I’m kinda hungry”
“then go out and hunt” he said and finally looked at me
“but how?” I asked even though I knew how they, or we, did
“go out and try, if you make it congrats, if not, you better run as hell”
I couldn’t hold the giggling back “okay, I’ll try” I said
“good boy” he just said “but stop calling me that” I said on my way outta the door. 2

It was a half cold night, you could see the stars and the moon, it was beautiful. I looked across the pavement and I didn’t saw anybody. I stated to walk down of New Jersey’s streets. Finally I saw one. A kid, I could hear his pulse beating. I felt my mouth was watering. I walked quickly towards the boy and grabbed his collar and covered his mouth so he couldn’t scream. I walked into an alley and slammed the kid against the wall, his head started to bleed, when I first saw the blood I blacked out I brutally bit his neck, and I bit again and again. The kid screamed while I drained him. When I was sure there was no blood back in the body I got back to the ‘normal me’ I looked at the kid and then at me, I got blood everywhere “I’m a monster” I whispered to myself. I shake my head, why did I do this, I couldn’t hurt a fly but now, look at the boy, lays lifeless on the ground with wide-open terrified eyes. I ran, I ran as fast as I could I didn’t knew where I should just away from this place far away.
