There are little to no contest that allow for strictly chapter entries. Many of us here are writing stories and submitting them by the chapter. It would be nice to have another way to get them out there. So I am recommending that it focus on a specific genre (Mature content/Fantasy please) and be specifically for incomplete stories. I think this would be a hit because no one else is doing it to my knowledge.

I have only one problem with it. When I read a chapter I really like, I have to read the entire thing. I have so many novels going now, I'll never get them all read.
