Soothing Caress

How sweet thy lips taste to thee,1

as that like the morning dew in May.2

Such joyous affection thou dost give me,3

while within love's paradise our hearts do play.4

feeling your warm flesh under my touch,5

as we hold each other so tight.6

Showing how I love thee so much,7

knowing that these feeling are so right.8

Lips like hand together pray in the night,9

of such a passion, a love so true.10

Riding upon the crest of amorousness delight,11

as we soar into these heavens so blue.12

Drawn away from the world's strife,13

two star-crossed lovers do meet.14

Yearning together to start a new life,15

our love growing stronger by each heartbeat.16

Of sweet maiden let me feel your kiss,17

as our hearts proclaim what we feel.18

Embraced within such wondrous bliss,19

knowing that this love is true and real.20

Such a soothing caress proclaims our heart,21

forever joined together in such love.22

Sworn that our devotion shall not depart,23

as angels bless this unity from above.24

Together my love we were meant to be25

together my love, our love shall stay, I guarantee.

I watched Hamlet yesterday, your words have the same affect.
You can truly feel the emotion in this poem.

That was beautiful, very nice wording. It almost sounded like something that Shakespear would have written. It also had so much joy and devotion in it. I could feel the passion. I loved it! Good job!

  • So filled with hope. This was really inspiring, nicely done.
