Autumn's Diary Chapter Two

I woke up next to Autumn.3

My hands next to hers.4

I sat up quiely and checked the time.5

"Ugh! 7:30! Guys we're gonna be late for school." I yelled.6

They all jumped.7

"What's wrong? Someone get hurt?" James asked rubbing his eyes.8

"No idiot we're late for school." I yelled.9

"Please stop shouting." Trevor ordered me.10

"Fine." I mumbled.11

"Wow look at that!" Autumn exclaimed.12

"Look at what?" 13

"Turn around and you'll see." Autumn told me.14

I looked at her and I couldn't believe me eyes.15

She was beautiful.16

What am I thinking? She's like a million years younger than me.17

I didn't want to turn around I just stood there looking at her.18

The way she looked at the rising sun.19

Her deep ocean blue eyes full of excitement.20

The way she smiled,the way her brown hair flew behind her.21

Everything was in slow motion and that made it better.22

I didnt know what was wrong with me.23

It was so weird.24

Finally, I turned around to see the sun rise behind the ocean.25

Autumn wrapped her arms around my brother as they both watched.26

I felt a little bit jittery when I saw them do that.27

What was wrong with me?28

Maybe it's because she's my nest door neighbor.29

"Hey guys let's go. We're gonna be late for school." Trevor said.30

"James? Hurry up please!" I yelled.33

What's taking him so long?34

"Okay. I'm almost done." He said.35

I went to my room to wait for James to finish.36

I sat down on my chair next to my laptop and went online.37

I was so impatient today at the same time excited for the first day of school.38

I can't believe about what happened this morning.39

Why did I think that Autumn was beautiful?40

What weird things will happen next.41

"Hey! I'm done." He informed me.42

"What took you so long?" I asked irritated.43

"I don't know. Hey cool your room is next to Autumn's." He told me.44

"What?! How do you know?" I asked very very startled.45

This morning I woke up next to Autumn then I thought that she was beautiful and now my room's next to hers!47

Guess this is the next weird thing.48

What next? Me falling in love with her? Never.49

"Because she's right there standing on her balcony. I should say good morning." He said while he dressed up.50

"Do whatever you want." I said harshly.51

"Dude, why are you so annoyed? Dosen't mean that you woke up next to Autumn dosen't mean you have to be mean." He told me.52

How did he know that?53

"How... do  you know that?" I asked.54

"I was awake when you woke up. I saw you looking at her and your hands were wrapped around hers." He explained.55

"I wasn't looking at her." I said nervously.56

"Fine. Now I'm going to say good morning to my best friend." He said walking towards my balcony.57

"Morning sunshine!" He yelled from my balcony.58

"Good morning James." She said opening her door. "Ready for school?"59

"Nope my brother needs to take a bath, but I'll come with you. Are you ready?" He asked.60

"Yeah I am. Come on let's go. Good morning Seth!" She greeted me.61

"Uhm... yeah sure good morning." I greeted her back weakly.62

Wow it feels great to be her neighbor. What am I thinking?!63

Shut up Seth just shut up. I told myself.64

Trevor,Autumn,Seth, and I walked to school together.67

"Hey so are you guys excited to become juniors?" Trevor asked.68

"Well, I guess so." Autumn said.69

"I am!" I said excitedly. "I'm excited to graduate next year." 70

"I think your just excited, because your going to be dating hot girls." Seth teased.71

"Whatever. I'm not really into girls, Seth." I told him.72

We were silent for a while 'til we reached school.73

The school changed and it looked a lot better.74

The walls were repainted from plain white to red. The roof was new and we had a new garden. It had lots of roses,tulips, and lots of lavenders.75

"Wow! The school changed!" Trevor said amazed.76

"Yeah I know! We also have a pond." Autumn said pointing to the new pond. "Good thing they didn't remove the cherry blossom tree." 77

"I know and it's next to the man-made pond." I said.78

After we all admired the new school Autumn and I headed for the cherry blossom tree.79

"Your brother dosent seem to be talking much today." Autumn observed.80

"Yeah he's pretty upset that his room is next to yours." I explained.81

"Does he really hate me that much? I mean I never did anything wrong. Did I?" She asked worried as she sat down next to me.82

"Don't worry he's really like that and you've known him since we met." I comforted her.83

"Yeah but we are not close." She said.84

"Come on stop worrying about him. Let's change the subject. What are you going to do for your birthday this weekend?" I asked.85

"I don't know. I only have a few friends, but I guess I'll just hang out with you." She said.86

"Why can't you hang out with your other friends?" I asked.87

"Because I don't have other friends." She explained.88

"Of course you do. Me,Keeshia,Ashley, and Micheal."89

"Yeah. I know. Fine I'll invite them. Help me plan my birthday okay." She said while she stood up.90

"Okay, I'll just text you. Come on let's go we're gonna be late for class. Help me up first." I asked reching my hand out.91

"Can't you stand up by yourself?" She asked.92

"Nope I need my best friend to help me up." I said still reaching my hand out.93

"You always got me and I'll help you up when ever you need me. Wow that sounded chessy, but it's true." She said laughing.94

She helped me up and we headed for our new class.95
