THE INTERVIEWER: Well in this time of general economic caution, there are several points to consider. Not least of which is that we should be sensible in our grasp of the current situation. We ought, surely, not allow it to deter us in our resolution to encounter the challenge it presents and which may very well provide us with opportunities. That is, if we encounter them in a sensible manner. But of course, a sensible manner means, nothing less than a sensible manner and we should be careful, therefore, that we do not take unnecessary chances; or get carried away by prospects that eventually turn out to be little if not illusory.1
This may seem not unakin to a mighty tall order, but if we are not over-hasty, though still better than under-performing, it is surely not impossible for us to encompass this in our stride. Circumstances are continually changing, but our vigilance needs to be constant. That is, if we are to keep in touch with the constantly altering contemporary business scene.2
This week we shall digress further on Cedric Ventures activities in this direction.
