The primary stars involved are Pyxis and Eridanus (AKA: Epsilon Erihani)2
It is said that Pyxis was used as basis for the Argo Navis compass, the actual compass for the ship of the Argonauts. While the Eridanus is connected with Phaeton, the son of Helios.3
