“What is it Edward?” Bella asked slamming the front door shut behind her beloved. 1

Bella had, had just about enough of Edwards negativity. It was eating her alive and she couldn't for the life of her think of what she had done to get him into such a fowl mood.2

“What did I do this time?” she said stalking back and forth in the kitchen. She pulled up a chair and neglected it opting for the stairs two at a time. Heading for her bedroom.5

Edward awaited her at the top of the stairs.6

Bella stopped, drawing to a holt at the top of the stairs. She tried to push Edward away. Failing miserably. He was built like cold chiseled stone. 7

“Get out of my way. I want some privacy,” Bella barked flaying her arms around in front of Edward.8

Bella gave into his sympathetic voice. The sadness radiated from his solemn expression. She knew he could never intentionally hurt her physically or emotionally. Not where the truth was concerned.14

Who else is it? Bella questioned herself. She ran through the days events in her mind, replaying every moment. Alice and Edward. The tension between the two siblings had been thick during their supposedly harmless practice.16
