Emily loved to read. She loved to read so much that her mommy took her to the library every Wednesday to pick out a new book. 1
Today was Wednesday, and she couldn't wait to pick out another book! At the library, her mommy helped her return the book she got last week about butterflies into the "Return Here" slot. 2
"Okay, Emily, you can go find a book now. You stay in your section, alright? Mommy will be right back." Emily's mommy said. Emily ran to the pretty kid's place and looked for a book.3
Should she pick the one about unicorns, or the one about Guffy the Bear? Or the one about trucks?4
I can't pick! Mommy can help me choose! Emily thought. 5
Holding the three books, Emily walked towards the old people section, thinking her mom was there. Soon, Emily was lost and was scared.6
"Where's my mommy?!" Emily looked all over but just got more lost. Crying, she ran from the old people section and right into a person who she knew helped put the books away.7
"Little One, where's your mommy?" The lady was nice, and even took Emily's hand. Emily wiped her eyes and sniffled.8
"I don't know..." The woman smiled and led Emily towards where her and her mommy put the light on the books and waited 'till they heard the beep. 9
"EMILY!" It was her mommy! Emily ran to her mommy, and as her mommy held her, she promised to never wander off again.

It's not easy is it? However you made a good start. Perhaps if mommy had gone missing for a bit longer you could have added a scarey stranger as well as the nice lady... a good effort
