Chapter 1: First Impressions1
The sudden sight was startling, to someone who had lost all hope, who wanted nothing more, to see her walking past was like having a prayer answered. But that was not possible, he didn’t pray, not a die-hard rocker like him. She however, even in her school uniform, there was something. Not the standard beauty, definitely not that, brown hair, light skin, converse, uniform t-shirt. The uniform t-shirt must have meant she was younger, way younger, he was 23. As she passed him he couldn’t help but stare, was her hair really waist long? Unruly too. Look at that, he had one of those bullet belts she had on.2
As she walked around he saw her heading into the local Hot Topic, it was a miracle there was one in the area at all, even more that it had good items instead of leftovers from the wannabes at other stores. He followed her as she walked around the store, though she didn’t seem to notice him. Distracted by something he lost sight of her, on his way out of the store passing by the earring tower, he saw her, directly in front of him rounding the tower, looking down, if he didn’t do something he was going to crash straight into her. He did the only thing he could think of, he raised his arms and grabbed her. Thinking about it he probably could have just stopped and let her through, too late for that now. 3

Hi!! This is mostly like the "hook" for the story. I would like to know if it sounds like an interesting story, something that you would like and should be continued, or if it is boring, more of the same delete the file kind of story.
