The Verdict.

Please just take him1

away from me.2

Lock him up3

throw away the key.4

I sit in the courtroom,5

paler than snow.6

I still can't believe7

I let anyone know.8

Trapped inside this bedroom,9

with Micheal, costumes and toys...10

it never occured to my parents,11

that he liked little boys.12

It was supposed to be a day of fun,13

I was supposed to play games and laugh.14

But Micheal had to interefere,15

and my innocence is in the past.16

I wanted a guilty verdict...17

but he played the perfect part.18

He 'didn't have a childhood',19

so he tore mine apart.20

My grip tightens on my knees,21

as the jury reads their reply.22

Micheal still remains innocent...23

they believe he's a nice guy.24

But they don't see the monster,25

that I saw that night.26

He said that he wanted to play,27

and make me quake in fright.28

I want to scream and tell them they're wrong,29

but nothing comes out of my mouth.30

Nothing left to do but go back home,31

and forget what this was about.32
