A world of beauty

Laughter is the song that plays in the skies of this fair world. Rivers run with wine and never is a soul hungry. Women dance in the streets and sing, blowing kisses to men watching. It is a sight to behold. Like fire breathing, but with crimson kisses. The grass is always green, the nations have only peace, and never is a soul in want. This is the world I have entered such a very long time ago and this is the world in which I stay. 1

A world so beautiful, a land of riches and women, where wine flows out of the lips of statues and maidens kisses swell and rise with the bubbling wind. Anything would I give to leave this place. For I am always hungry, I am always sober, and I am always in want. In a world of beauty, where is the love?2

I met a beautiful soul once in this land. Her hair a musky brown and her eyes a penetrating green. Her figure, like all the other girls, was curved and soft. I loved this girl with all my heart and soul but I found she was nothing but an empty tomb.3

She would call herself mine and so I thought that I alone could run my hands down her curves. I thought I alone could kiss her under starlight. I thought I alone could please her. I was wrong.4

Although there is no marriage in this world I sought her ought so that we could promise ourselves to each other forever. When I found her, her bosom was held tightly in the greedy hands of a man that was not I! 5

I punched him with all my might for behaving ungentlemanly towards this lady but she told me that I was a foolish man and asked me how could I not know that many men were her lovers?6

She could not promise only me her affections, only me! She would kiss me deeply and turn then to kiss another man! She would through herself on me and speak of a never ending passion she harbored for me, lifting up her skirts as she went, but never would she utter the words love, and so I could love her not.7

No women, I found, sought one man. No women sought anything that was not laid out for them by their fathers. These women were not created by themselves but by the world they were made in. An evil world of death and destruction where no love can be found. I long for the earth I was born in, a world of strength and change and love.8

I liked it ^^ There were a few spelling errors and mix ups, and the second paragraph was a lot like the first, only using different words, but I enjoyed it anyway!

Thankyou for entering 'Can you imagine a place...?'.
