Treated like he’s from nowhere.6

Nobody knows me,8
And nobody wants to even say hello.9

You see me, and I try to talk,11
Yet you push me away.12

Do you know what this is doing to me?14

Lonelier than anyone should ever be.17
Unwanted and unnoticed.18

They stare at him daily,20

Amazing. The repetition of the word Alone made the poem flow beautifully.

You touched a subject that quite a few people feel - some more than others, of course. Good job with portraying, and the progression was good.
The repetition was a good idea, but I, personally, feel you repeated too often. It might just be me, but I feel if you made the in-between four lines long, instead of two, it might have a better flow to it and "Alone" would pack more of a punch.
Other than that, you've captured the pain very well. I was just like this in high school, though I never attempted to make contact. xD
They usually did, and it annoyed me.
