Yes. The fall will end. Things will get better, and once you have reached the rock bottom, you have actually reached the very top, and you can look back down at yourself falling to the bottom in the darkness, and take happiness that things are alright now.2
The path to recovery is a long one, but it must be taken. When the chance for you to hit that top-bottom comes, reach out, and you can’t miss it.
