Chapter 21

"What the...." was all she could say. " What the hell are you saying?"2

"I know it's hard to believe, but...."3

"Damn straight it's hard to believe. Get the hell off my porch before i call the cops"4

"Jessica, you need to here this"5

"Get the hell off my porch!!!!"6

" Look, someone will kill you at that party, it wont be Micheal. Please listen to me! This might say your life" 7

Jessica was afraid. She didn't know if she was more afraid of the stranger or what he was telling her. How did he know about Micheal? How did he know about the party? Was her "dream" a glimpse of what was to come, or was there just a crazy man on her porch? She didn't know. All she knew was there was something weird going on, and she wanted to find out.8

"So what are you saying"9

"I'm saying you need my help to say alive"10

Amazed, Jessica moved her brown wet hair from in front of her eyes."Look i don't know what you want, but I'm not going to die. Your just someone that escaped from the loony been and if you don't get the hell off my porch i will call the damn cops on you."11

"You need my help Jessica. That's why you are afraid. You know what will happen at that party. You saw it"12

"I don't know what you are talking about" trying to hide the fact that she did13

"Yes you do. I can see it in your eyes. You don't have to listen now, but you need to before Saturday. This is urgent if you want to live"14

"Just get off my porch."15

"Have a nice day Jessica" The man said as he handed her a card. it read16

She looked up from the card to see the man was gone.21

Jessica turned around; sharking, and went into her house. Not Forgetting what the man told her or his business card. She couldn't keep her eyes off the card. Was what the man saying true? 'NO he's just crazy' she told herself, kind of as a reassurance, but she couldn't kill the little voice that was telling her that it what he was saying was true.'Shut Up. It's all a lie'. She just kept trying to tell herself it was a lie, finally she believed it. 22

Jessica sat down on the couch, putting her keys on the table right next to the card, but instantly got up. She was socking wet. She had completely forgot. She went up the stairs to change, having an Eire feeling about everything that just happened. 23

Coming back down she was in a big white T and some pajama bottoms. Her hair was now in a pony tale. She sat down sinking  in her dads favorite chair, but as soon as she was getting comfortable the phone rang. Her heart jumped, she read the caller ID. It was only Monica.24

"Hello"25

"Hey, you OK?" 26

"Yea, so how's school"27

"Not good."28

Jessica became on full alert "What do you mean?"  29

"Well everyone talking"30

"About...?"31

"Well you. We were watching TV to see this special report in History, well all of a sutton a news broadcast came on talking about how you died"32

"What..... I'm right here"33

"Yea now i know, but that's not the weird part. The broadcast is suppose to be for Sunday morning" 34

'Oh My God. Not Again' "Are you sure?"35

"Yea, so everyone was scared, and i just had to call you."36

"Well someone is playing a sick joke." She became paranoid. Looking around the living room, she thought something was there with her37

"Now i know that, but sorry to scare you. Well I'll leave you alone. I'll be over in about 2 hours when school is out. Is that OK?38

"Yea"39

"Bye" and they hung up42

The thunder was roaring outside her window, making her think 'What the hell is happening. First me, then the man, now Monica. This is very creepy. Maybe it is all true. I'm going to die' Now she faced it. Now she knew that something was going on. She picked up the phone to call someone43
