My happy ending (Chapter one)

Chapter 11

“Jess…. Hello Earth to Jessica. Jessica you there” Monica shook Jessica violently.  2

“What!!” Jessica screamed. They were sitting outside for lunch. It was a Monday morning and the sky was clear and blue. 3

“GOD…. I thought I lost you there for a sec. What’s up with you? Thinking about Micheal again?” 4

Jessica looked at her as if this was a outer body experience. “What!!!” 5

“Micheal. You know the Jr. you crush on. 5”9 green eyes brown hair. You know Micheal.” Monica was looking at her confused, “Are you OK girl. You don’t look so good”6

Jessica didn’t want Monica to be alarmed. “Hahaha. Yea, Micheal. No, I’m just thinking. I had the weirdest feeling is all, but whatever.”   7

“Like I was saying before you had your little "episode,"" she did the quotations with her fingers. Monica knew Jessica hated that  "there’s a party on Saturday at this old house, want to go?”8

Jessica was shocked. This was scaring her. She just thought it was a weird dream., you know just her mind playing tricks on her,  “ Are you serious!?!?”9

“Um, yea. So do you want to go? You know so we can crash a Jr. Senior party. Come on please!” now she had puppy dog eyes, “ your home alone, you need some fun."10

“Yea….. uh sure” her voice was very shaky. What was happening to her?11

“Yes! Have I ever told you I loved you.” She was happy, but her happiness blocked how disoriented Jessica was. All of a sudden, the clouds in the sky got black and rained started to pour. The girls ran inside in a hurry.12

While they were walking down the hallways, Micheal was at his locker talking to Derek and his other friends. He turned his head away from his friends to smile at Jessica. Now usually Jessica would smile back, but when she saw Micheal, fear with a mixture of disgust came to her mind. She could barley stand to look at him, but she couldn’t understand why, it WAS just a sick little dream, wasn’t it?13

Jessica stopped Monica in the middle of the hall. “I’m not feeling good Monica. Look I’m going home. Screw the rest of my classes. I really don’t feel good. I think there is something seriously wrong with me.” She was shaking now.14

“Jess just go see the school nurse then.” 15

“NO” her voice was cracking but it wasn’t madness, but fear.  She didn’t know where the fear was coming from, but it was there.16

“OK, calm down. Your really scaring me. Look, I’ll go with you. No sense of you being home by yourself. Why don’t you I come and we hang out. Girls day  in. You know the usual” Just then Monica's boyfriend Robbie came and grabbed her by the waste.17

"Stop Robbie" she hit him in the chest18

"Oh, hey Jess" He said focusing on her, instead of the pain in his stomach. Then he put his arms around both girls "so whats up with you so so so lucky ladies since you are in my arms?"19

"O shut up." Monica said. and both girls hit him "Now back to what we were saying" 20

“No, it’s OK. It’s sweet but I’m OK. I just want to go home and lay down. I’ll call you after school. Don’t worry so much.” She put on a fake smile, knowing she wasn’t OK.21

“Well…. Sure. Just get home OK.”22

“Yea I will” 23

“See you later” and she smiled, but her smile quickly turned to a frown, Micheal was still there, but more then that his friend Derek was starring at her with animal like intensity.24

She quickly walked out of the school. She completely forgot it was raining, but when she got to the doors of the school she remembered. She quickly ran to her Black Mini Cooper; a present on her 16th birthday from her dad. 25

She felt as if someone or something was watching her and that made her panic. She dropped her keys but quickly got into her car, She drove off, feeling relieved a bit.When she finally got home, she let out a sigh of relief, only to be scared to see a figure outside on her porch. It was a man, probably in his 30’s. He had dark brown hair that was matted from the rain, making him look completely horrifying, and his brown eyes looked black. She thought he was there to tell her something about her parents, but he wasnt.  She stepped out her car, with a burst of cold air and rain hitting her, she slowly walking up to the house, collecting about 20 pounds of rain.26

“Um, can I help you?”27

“Jessica?”28

“Yes. How do you know my name?”29

The man stood up, and Jessica moved back, “Don’t be alarmed, but I have something to tell you.”30

Jessica nodded “Okay”31

“You're going to die in 5 days, and not by how you think”32
