Two figures lie awake in bed. One is male, the other female. The male is lying on his back looking up at the ceiling. The female is on her stomach. Her head rests atop her folded arms. The dresser is cluttered with female perfumes, hair products and accessories. 3

The male reaches over and lightly smacks the female on her butt. 4

I gotta get up and start my day.6

The man lifts himself out of bed.7

Yeah... after you cook breakfast.11

The male playfully tosses the covers over her head and leaves the room. 14

INT. BATHROOM - LATER15

The FEMALE is in the bathroom, still in her night clothes, brushing her teeth. The bathroom is distinctly feminine. The MALE walks in, dressed. He playfully hugs her and kisses her on the back of her neck. 16

Can I brush, too?18

The FEMALE reaches into a cup on the sink and hands him the remaining toothbrush. 19

The MALE looks at her briefly, and then, examines the toothbrush in his hands.23

The FEMALE turns, faces him, and gives him a stoic look. 26

Smiling, the MALE playfully shoves her aside and applies paste to the brush. 29

INT. KITCHEN - LATER30

The MALE is standing in front of the refrigerator, with the upper and lower doors open. He looks intently from one compartment to the other. The FEMALE is cooking, still in her pajamas. 31

Everything seems to be working properly. 33

I was confident you could get EVERYTHING back to it's proper working order. 35

The male hugs her from behind and starts kissing her lightly on the neck again. 36

He releases her. 41

I need to eat. You know I have to get out of here, soon. 43

Okay, well grab yourself a fork. The food is ready. 45

The MALE opens a drawer to retrieve a fork. The drawer he chooses doesn't have any silverware. He selects another drawer and finds the silverware. He walks to the table to sit down. There is a briefcase in the chair. He places the briefcase on the table and sits. 46

INT. KITCHEN NOOK - LATER47

The MALE is sitting at a table finishing his breakfast. The FEMALE walks into the room. She is now dressed. 48

Yeah. I checked the refrigerator again. It seems to be okay.52

The FEMALE collects the dishes from the table. She walks over and runs water into the sink, as she prepares to wash the dishes. 53

The MALE stands. He stretches, yawns and then looks at his watch. 54

Well, I better get going. 56

He walks over to her. He hugs and kisses her. 59

The front door opens and a second FEMALE hurries inside. The first FEMALE, walking into the living room, is slightly startled. 71

The second female walks into the kitchen nook and picks up the briefcase off the table. 74

I was rushing this morning and I forgot my briefcase. What are you up to? 76
