Once upon a time, there was a business man, and a very successful business man he was. One day, this very successful business man was type, type, typing away at his computer, when his Caps Lock key fell off.
He heard a small thunk on the floor, and looked at his fallen plastic key. “Oh well”, he said “I’ll just have to type everything in capitals until the end of the day!” So the successful business man went around typing everything in capitals, shouting at his employees through his emails, and abusing people through his memos.
Finally, the business man was ready to leave the office, and as his pulled his jacket off of its hook, he heard a knock on the door.
“Come in!” Said the business man, but little did he know, that at the door, was one of the people he had sent a capitalized emails to!
Through the door came Timothy, one of his employees who worked in marketing. Timothy happened to be a rabid bear, and the successful business man got mauled to death by Timothy, because there was an error in communication.1
What is the moral of this story? Don’t hire rabid bears to work in your office. They will quite often maul you to death.

Ah, somehow when I clicked on this I knew it would be silly and wasn't disappointed.
I didn't see the bear thing coming, and of course who would be silly enough to hire a bear for marketing? Everyone knows they belong in sales.
