The Lunch Room1

VioletConcept: “What about…” Pepe searched the crowded lunch room, carefully ready to pick out any one guy. “him!” She pointed to a Junior, eating a pepperoni pizza stuffed into his mouth. He had brownish blonde hair which was a little too long for anyone normal, and dark blue eyes that were fixed on a girl sitting across from him. “What’d think?” She asked again, her head tilting to the side in amusement.2

Refinish..: Bee shrugged, “I’ve seen better.” She focused herself back to her own pizza. “Like him…” She pointed over to a Senior. “He’s cute.” The other two looked over at him, they agreed immediately. He had beautiful spiky blonde hair, that may have been applied with too much grease, and a football jacket draped over his chair. 4

HollisterHoddieGirl: “hmmm.” Cola started. “I think…..” she paused for effect. She was always the drama queen.
“I think he’s absolutely and utterly…” she started kinda disgusted 6

Pepe smiled to herself, "Just say your in love at first sight, Cola!" She rolled her eat, taking a cheetoh and dipping it into her gravy. "You know it's true." She stuffed the cheetoh into her mouth and watched the Senior closely. 8

Bee chuckled, nodding her head. "I think I am." She placed her head on her hand and took a deep breath. "He is H-O-T, hot." She glared over at Cola, smug look on her face, telling her he was hers. 10

"is Kay bee i like him" she pointed to another Frosh who had blonde hair he kept sweeping to the side by flicking his head to the side. when he did this you could see his blue eyes shine even brighter. he was not quite hot but he was certainly cute. He rode Cola's bus and they had the occasionaly talk. 12

Pepe make a face at Cola. "You've like him since last year," She shook her head. She grabbed another Cheetoh and dipped it in the gravy. "You two are boy-crazy. Its almost..." She paused. "almost pathetic." She poped the Cheetoh into her mouth and smiled. 14

"Of course I'm boy-crazy, Pepe!" Bee laughed. "Look at all these Seniors and Juniors! Us Freshmen have four years..." She smacked her hand on the table. "Four years to get that one guy that will be our High-School Sweetheart." Her eyes were dreamy. "It's the dream." 16

"I have found mine!" Cola replied a little to loudly. So loudly that Bradan Fisher, the blond frosh, looked over and smirked at her. She looked down and whisper "cept he doenst know it yet." and she took a bite of her salad18

Pepe rolled her eyes, diping and eating the last Cheetoh. "Maybe you should tell him, then." She suggested, pushing her tray to the side. Scratching the back of her head, she grabbed the tray and stood up. "I'll be back... Throw this away." 20

Bee watched Pepe stalk away, then turned to Cola. "She is such a bummer." She shook her head, letting her brownish gold hair fall around her shoulders. "Its the first day of school, for Christ sake, live a little. Our Summer days our over and now we are High-Schoolers!" She bounced in her seat, imaging there wonderful Summer. 22

Cola watched Pepe walk away. then as Bee thought of their summer she got an idea. "Oh my goshness be i dare you to tell that cute senior hes cute. and ima dare Pepe to ask out who ever she likes" her eyes lite up "yes yes?" 24

Pepe glided across the commons, humming to herself. She dumped her stuff into the trash can and wiped her hands on her jeans. She turned around and bumped into someone. "Oh, sorry." Pepe said, smiling her best fake smile. 26

Bee couldn't turn down a dare. "Deal, but you have to..." She glanced over at Brandan. "You've got to ask him out." She motioned towards the guy. 28

"Fine. B.r.b" and she walked over to his table.
"hey Brandan." she said in her girly girl voice.
"hey Cola" he said with a smirk.
"soo... well as you know theres a movie playing everynight at the theater of coarse and i was wondering if you well.... umm wanting to maybe i dont know..." she was cut of by his finger going up to her mouth.
"i would love to"
"really?" she said extatic.
"yup. now cola i know you and know you are gonna like explode any second so you should go back to your friends" and she did 30

"Pepe?" A familiar voice called after her, even though she had already made her way half way back to their table. She turned back around and her mouth dropped. "It is you," He smiled.
"Hey, Lucas." Pepe walked back over and smiled. "You look... different." Talk about different. His hair was cut shorter and his eyes were even more green than ever.
"Call me Luke," He reminded her. "How've you been?"
"Fine... Fine." Pepe watched him for a moment. Then voices from a nearby table began to call after Luke. "You should go back, I don't want to keep you."
"Yah, see yea." Luke turned around and walced back to his table. 32

Bee laughed as Cola came back over to their table. "I heard all of it! That was so... so... fairy tale!" She laughed, standing. "And now," She paused, looking down at Cola. "I must be off to tell a cute Senior he is working that hair do." 34

" kay darling" Cola said with a smile. and she decided to look over to Brandan. he was stairing at her and she quickly turned away. and looked back to her lunch. then Pepe came and sat down. 36

"Guess who I just ran into," Pepe sat down across from Cola. "Luke! You remember Luke, right?" She smiled, then noticed Brandan staring at the back of Cola's head. "What's with him?" She asked, waving slightly at him. 38

Bee fixed her hair quickly, walking up to the Senior, who ignored her. "Hey," She smiled, placing a elbow on their table. He noticed and made a face at her. "Your cute."
"Get away, Frosh!" He yelled.
"Bye," Bee turned on her heel and bonded back to their table, blushing. "That was so embarrassing." 40

Cola got up and threw her tray away. she was sure Bee and Pepe were talkin but she she didnt care. She Ran in to Allex, Brandan's older brother,he was a senior. "hey." she said. Allex wasnt to nice to anyone except for his skanky girl friend Kaylee. "You need to stay away from my brother. He desrves better than you." he said with a sarcastic smile. "i can date anyone i want to. and he can to." Was her reply. And with that she walked back to the table. 42

Pepe placed her hand on her head and stared at Bee untouched food. "Do you know Luke?" She asked quietly. 44

Bee's eyes narrowed and she eyed Pepe. "Doesn't ring a bell... why?" She asked. 46

Cola walked back to the table and a little to loudly said "i remember Lucas!" that made everyone stair. "oops." she whispered. 48

Pepe stared up at Cola, then grabbed her arm and pulled her down ontot he seat next to her. "I ran into him when I was throwing my stuff away." She bit her lower lip. 50

Bee mouth fell open, and she smiled. "Oh my gawd-d, Pepe!" She whispered. 52

"oh. my. goshness." Cola looked at Bee. "does this mean its luke she has to...." she trailed off. 54

Pepe stared at Cola with a weird look on her face, "What does it mean I have to?" 56

Bee giggled. "I took a dare from Cola," She watched Pepe's feature darken as the reality washed over her. 58

"well me and Bee created dares and..... i had to ask out Mini fish and bee had to tell the senior he was cute and you have to ask out who ever you like." her mouth grew in to a wide grin 60

Pepe sighed. "I never said I like him, you two." She rolled her eyes, poping her fingers. 62

Bee held back her laughter. "Neither did we," She stuck her tongue out. "But we both implied it." 64

"No Bee pepe doenst like him." she said in her 'inside voice' "she loves him!" she shouted so loud the lunch ladies heard. "damn" she mummble under her breath. 66

Pepe placed her head in her hands and screamed muffledly. "I 'ate ew gies." She said through her hands. 68

Bee shook her head, placing a hand on Pepe's mouth. "Your going to have to do it sooner or later, silly." 70

"i have an idea." Cola said quielty. "Lucas will you come over here for a second?" she shouted across the lunch room.72

Pepe looked up and stared at Cola wide-eyed. She mouthed, "I can't believe you." Then turned around and smiled at Luke. "Oh my god." She whispered. 74

Bee smacked Cola on teh back of the head and smiled at her, motioning for Lucas to sit next to her. "Pepe wanted to ask you something." She made a face at Cola. 76

Cola smiled at luke and could tell he was getting creeped out. 78

Pepe frowned at Cola. "I didn't want to, I was forced to." She rolled her eyes slightly, then focused back on Luke. "Well... Ummm..." She searched for the right words. "Maybe... Like, tomorrow or something..."
"You asking me out, right?" Luke smiled. Pepe nodded a yes, and poped her fingers again. "How about..." He paused. "Tomorrow at 8?" Pepe nodded. "Okay, then. See you girls around." He stodd from the table and stalked off back to his own table. 80

"only Bee has no date" Cola said frowning. The she smirked. "I can fix that." se looked around at the boys. 84

Pepe watched Bee react, smiling. "Feel the wrath of dares, Bee." She whispered. 86

Bee stuck her tongue out at Pepe, then turned in her seat to see the guys, too. "How about that one?" She pointed to a new kid at school. He looked like he was a freshman, too. He was wearing ripped jeans and had his hair cut to be spiky. She smiled, "Cola?" 88

Cola got to her feet and ran over to him. "hi im Cola. will you come with me please?" sh asked super fast. she didnt wait for a response she grabed his wrist and ran him back to the table. 90

Pepe laughed at Bee's expression, then smacked her in the back of the head. "We need to get her back, eh?" She chuckled softly to herself, then watched as the new boy walked over to the table with Cola. "Hey," She smiled up at him and kicked Bee under the table and motion with her head to talk to him. 92

"Hey, I'm Bee. Your new," Bee stood and tilted her head to the side.
"Im... Blake... Call me BC." He stared at the three girls, laughing inside.
"Wanna go out with me tomorrow?" She asked.
"Umm..." BC smiled, then shrugged. "Why not? How about tomorrow abbout 7:45?" Bee nodded and BC walked off. 94

"you guys know you love me. so we all have dates for tomorrow. i say we get ready at one persons house. Bee has the most makeup so we go there" she didnt wait for a response she just walked to her next class. 96
