What's Your Name? (Tokio Hotel Fanfic)

Chapter 11

Morning.2

Fiarell rolled out of bed and stumbled sleepily into the shower, standing under the warm water while she woke up. After she got out, she let her hair dry while she pulled on a pair of skinny jeans and a flowing, tie-dye top. She combed her straight, long, auburn hair and pulled on an over-sized sweatshirt, tucking her hair into the hood. She applied a light layer of mascara and lip gloss before grabbing a granola bar for breakfast and heading down to the hotel lobby.3

Ready to go.4

As soon as she stepped out the glass doors the cameras started flashing, fans gathering. How they recognized her without visibility of her signature hair, she could never guess. She pulled her hood further over her lowered head and ignored all the questions the paparazzi asked. Mostly they wanted to know when she would release her upcoming album. Finally after shoving her way through the throng she made it to the car which waited for her on the hotel's driveway.5

"Thanks," she breathed, still gasping for breath as she thanked her driver.6

"It's my job," he replied humbly. He too had to fight through the crowd until all was clear and they sped their way to Fiarell's interview with MTV.7

Right on time.8

Fiarell pulled her sweatshirt off over her head to reveal her interview-worthy outfit. The makeup artists brushed her face with powder as she walked out into the plain-looking room and met the interviewer.9

"Nice to meet you, Fiarell. I'm Kat and I'll be asking you some questions." They shook hands, then sat together on the large couch behind them. "So, first question: why did you go into the music industry?"10

"Well, I guess I just couldn't imagine myself anywhere else." Fiarell tended to keep answers short and concise, so many interviewers worked hard to get more information out of her. She didn't go to many interviews and so each one had tons of questions.11

Kat, obviously disappointed by the length of the answer, moved on to the second question. "Do you write all of your own songs?"12

"I write about 70% of the melodies and barely any of the harmonies, but I write every single lyric."13

"When will you put out your new album?"14

"Within the next year. Half the songs are written so far."15

"The last album you put out was two years ago, when you were sixteen. How does it feel to be an adult?"16

"No different, really."17

Fiarell listened to and answered question after question until finally things came to a close. The two stood and shook hands before Fiarell left the room gratefully. She walked swiftly down the hall to take the quick photo shoot. But suddenly she ran smack into a man who was turning the corner. She staggered back, catching sight of him. He was attractive, very attractive, and accompanied by three others.18

"Hey..." she said hesitantly. "Aren't you..."19

20

Chapter 221

"Aren't you Tokio Hotel?" Fiarell asked.22

"Yes we are," Bill confirmed proudly. "And you're Fiarell?"23

"Yeah. I'm surprised you know me."24

"We overheard a bunch of your interview while we were waiting for ours."25

"I see. So we only know each other for our fame. You guys seem like a nice group, so why don't we all actually get to know each other?" she asked hopefully.26

"Können wir? Ich möchte sie kennen," Tom muttered quickly to Bill. Obviously he underestimated Fiarell's German-speaking skills.27

"Und ich möchte Sie kennen. Na gut?" she replied smartly.28

"Only if you tell us your name. There's no way Fiarell's your real one," Georg teased.29

"Nice try. I'll never tell anyone that."30

31

Finally, the boredom was over.32

Fiarell took the boys to her hotel room after their interview and her photo shoot, both of which were uneventful. They chatted all the way there. "So, how long will you be here?" she asked.33

"Two more days and then we go up to San Fransisco. You?" Bill answered for the group.34

"Same here, actually. Looks like our managers have similar ideas."35

"Mmhmmm," Tom agreed.36

"Want to watch a movie?" Fiarell suggested.37

"Sure! Which one?" Bill asked, his endless-energy switch suddenly on, making Fiarell giggle.38

"Umm..." she thought of a good movie to watch. "How about The Princess Bride?"39

"Sure!" they said in unison.40

Time to get things started.41

Fiarell popped the movie into the DVD player and pressed play. She sat in between Gustav and Bill, moving a bit closer to Bill and smiling. Tom, on the other side of Bill, leaned forward to glance at Fiarell before she notice and he quickly sat back, blushing and elbowing Bill. Bill glared at him for a long while before turning to Fiarell and smiling sweetly.42

The five-some watched the movie in silent companionship. The only sound that accompanied them was that of them crunching on chips and popcorn, and the occasional whoop from one of the guys during the fight scenes. They were nearing the end of the movie when a cheesy love scene played. Georg gave a quick laugh in mockery and Bill took the chance to put his arm behind Fiarell on the back of the couch, almost touching her but not quite. She smile at him in return of the gesture and he moved his arm down so that it was around her. Tom elbowed him even harder and his shoulder hit Fiarell's from the blow. Bill ignored his twin, and Tom stopped glaring once he realized Bill wasn't going to respond.43

Finally the movie was over, releasing the silent tension Fiarell felt between the twins.44

Instead, the tension became something worse.45

46

Chapter 347

Tom started things off by yelling a series of insults at Bill. Georg and Gustav took that as their cue to head out, whispering their thanks as they went, and giving Tom calming pat's on the shoulder, which were ignored. Fiarell, dumbfounded, just stood their staring back and forth at the two of them. Tom was still yelling; Bill was just glaring back.48

"Um...guys?" They turned to her, giving the same look of impatience and surprise. "No need to get so worked up about this...we can work it out."49

Not the best thing to say at a time like this.50

In response, Tom walked over, grabbed her lightly by the shoulders, and guided her into the hallway, where Gustav and Georg were chatting quietly. Tom flipped the lock closed so that they door wouldn't completely shut, and then shut the door behind her as far as it would go.51

"Well...I'm surprised you guys are still here," she said.52

"They'd have no way to get to our hotel if we did," Gustav replied.53

At least the people out here had some sense.54

Inside the hotel room there was a storm of yells. Several phrases were repeated as the twins argued. "Meine Freundin!" "Ich will sie mehr!" "Du bist immer so doof!"55

Meanwhile, Fiarell, Georg, and Gustav listened awkwardly. Fiarell thought about telling the twims the truth: she liked Bill. But what would Tom do to him then?56

She finally decided she would just have to find out.57

58

Fiarell opened the hotel room door and stepped into her room. Bill and Tom both ceased their verbal fighting to look at her.59

"Tom, I'm sorry, but I really do like Bill."60

There. Done.61

Everything was unbearably silent for the next few moments. Tom looked down at his feet and slowly walked out the door. Bill put a gentle hand on Fiarell's shoulder, making her shudder, and quickly exchanged numbers with her before taking off after his brother. She clutched the slip of paper as she shut the door behind them.62

So much for getting to know the boys.63

The band jogged to catch up to Tom, who was speed-walking as fast as he could to the car that had come to pick them up. They managed to get inside the back seat just as Tom told the driver to get going.64

"Tom..." Bill started. Tom ignored him from the front seat. "Tom, I'm sorry, okay?" Still no answer. "TOM!!!"65

Tom ripped off his seatbelt, opened the car door, and leaped, with a pained look on his face, out onto the highway shoulder.66

67

Chapter 468

The driver pulled over immediately. Georg called 911. Gustav rushed to the unmoving Tom behind them. Bill stared at his feet.69

Sirens.70

An ambulance soon came, and the car followed it as it headed to the hospital. They arrived shortly and ran to find out where Tom would be and when they could see him. Bill was silent. The three band members sat in a group of chairs in the waiting area. Gustav and Georg muttered well-wishes for Tom as they waited for the news.71

Bill was silent.72

After what seemed like an eternity (but was really an hour) a stubby doctor in a pristine, white coat emerged from another room and scanned the waiting area. He walked over to the band.73

"Are you the family of Tom Kaulitz?" They paused, looking to Bill to answer as he usually would. When he didn't, Georg spoke up.74

"He," indicating Bill, "is Tom's brother. We're his bandmates."75

The doctor told them what was up with Tom in a monotone voice. When he finished, he asked, "Is there anyone you would like to call? Now would be a good time."76

Fiarell.77

Maybe she could kick some sense into the twins.78

Gustav asked for Bill's phone, which he handed over without moving his gaze from his feet. He called Fiarell from it.79

"Hello?" a groggy Fiarell answered. Gustav got up and walked a ways away to talk to her without Bill hearing.80

"Hi Fiarell, it's Gustav."81

"Mmhmm and it's one in the morning."82

"Tom's hurt. We're at the hospital. And Bill won't talk." He said it quickly, as if it would reduce the pain of the words.83

Before Gustav could ask her to come, she hung up and drove to the hospital as quickly as she could, still in her nightwear. She found the band sitting in a group of chairs and stood before them.84

"Hey," she said, out of breath. "How bad is it?"85

"Concussion, broken arm, sprained ankle," Georg listed off. She nodded solemnly, somewhat relieved that it wasn't any worse, and sat next to Bill, putting her hand on his. He turned his head slightly in acknowledgement.86

Not much of a greeting.87

"Are you okay?" she asked him with genuine concern.88

Bill was silent.89

90

Chapter 591

"Bill, what's wrong?" Fiarell asked. He didn't answer. She looked to Georg, who shrugged sympathetically.92

Looks like Bill wouldn't be talking any time soon.93

"Are we allowed to visit Tom now?" she asked. She might as well go see how he was doing if she couldn't do the same for Bill.94

"Yes, the doctor came a little while ago to tell us we could see him," replied Gustav. Fiarell rose from her seat and went into Tom's hospital room.95

"Hey," he greeted her. "So how come you're the first to visit me? And why do you look like you just woke up from a nightmare?" He was right. Un-brushed hair, sweaty T-shirt, and flannel pants, she did look like she woke up from a nightmare. She laughed at the realization.96

"Gustav called me in the middle of my sleep and I rushed over here," she answer his second question, then his first. "Bill's in some sort of trance, and the others are sticking with him to make sure he doesn't go insane or anything." Tom nodded. "How are you feeling?" she asked.97

"Fine enough. But I wish they would let us all go home already." The brightness in his eyes from seeing her faded, and she could immediately see the agony he really felt.98

"Just another day and night..." she said quietly. She pulled up a chair and sat by her friend, making regular conversation at first, but she eventually faded into whispering apologies for everything that happened while Tom stroked her hair ever so gently.99

100

Fiarell woke up to a bright sun overhead. Her head lay on Tom's hospital bed, his hand intertwined with her auburn hair. Even though she was worried Bill would assume things because of her position, she was too tired to get up and so she fell back asleep.101

Bill had been awake all night, pacing sometimes, sitting sometimes, drinking coffee sometimes. He felt it was his fault: he shouldn't have flirted with Fiarell or yelled at Tom, and he felt terrible because of it. Finally, he got the courage to visit his twin.102

He walked into the room. All was peaceful but his suddenly chaotic thoughts.103

Why?104

Why is she with Tom? Why is his hand in her hair? Does she like him? Did she lie? Did they do something? Why would she lie? Am I not good enough?105

The questions invaded his thinking, rendering him immobile. A few minutes later, Fiarell stirred. Bill smiled at the sight of her, but it quickly faded when he remembered Tom.106

"Bill?" Fiarell lifted her head slowly, pulling her hair lightly from Tom's fingers.107

"I can't believe it." His first words since the accident.108

"I can't believe YOU!"109

And it all begins again.110

"You're the one who says you like me, not him, and then leave me to go gush over him and fall asleep on his bed!"111

"I wasn't even ON his bed!"112

"So you do like him!"113

"No I don't!"114

"Yes you do!"115

"You're the one who wouldn't even visit your own brother when he was hurt!"116

"He was being unreasonable!"117

"So are you!" Fiarell had had enough with the fighting. She grabbed Bill's hand, practically threw him against the wall outside Tom's room, and kissed him with a passion you would never expect under such circumstances.118

Tom had just woken up to find that Fiarell was gone. He frowned, sat up in his bed, and peered out the open door.119

There they were.120

Bill and Fiarell.121

Kissing.122

123

Chapter 6124

Fiarell ended the kiss before Bill even had time to fully register what was happening. She grabbed his hand once again and took him into Tom's room.125

"Apologize," she growled under her breath, pushing Bill forward.126

"Tom, I--"127

"Fiarell, what was that?" Tom asked accusingly before Bill had a chance to get anywhere.128

"What was what?" She was genuinely confused.129

"That kiss. I thought we were getting somewhere."130

"Tom...I told you, I think you're a great person and a great friend, but I just don't like you that way."131

Tom's gaze shifted to Bill. "And what do you have to say to me?"132

"That I'm sorry, that I should have visited, that I shouldn't have yelled, that even though Fiarell doesn't like you like that it doesn't make you a worse person than me."133

Silence.134

Tom turned away after a few seconds and stared out the window, not betraying any emotion on his face. Bill and Fiarell left after a minute and sat together in the waiting room, a few seats from Georg and Gustav.135

"Fiarell, I'm sorry..."136

"It's okay," she smiled, not completely a happy smile, and kissed him lightly. "Just don't worry about it." Bill nodded. "So when will Tom be out of the hospital exactly?"137

"Tomorrow morning, the doctor said. But he'll need to have a wheelchair since he can't use crutches with his broken arm," Bill said sadly.138

"We should throw some sort of party for him when he gets back.139

"He'll hate it."140

"Too bad."141

142

Fiarell told Gustav and Georg of her plan, and they happily agreed to help.143

"Just don't make me do a table dance," Gustav warned.144

Bill was a little hesitant in doing this whole party thing. What if Tom just distanced himself even more because of it? Part of him was mad at Tom for not accepting his apology. Still, he wanted to make both his twin and Fiarell happy.145

The four of them said their good-bye's to Tom before heading to Party City. The store was "ginormous" (according to Bill), bigger than anything the band had seen in their hometowns in Germany. Everyone but Fiarell stopped to look around themselves in awe. It was a few moments before she realized that she was no longer being followed.146

"Guys!" she called back to them. "Keep up! We have a ton of work to do." As they came closer to her she began rationing the work.147

"Georg, you can get the streamers. Gustav, you get balloons.148

Bill...you come with me," she winked.149

150

Chapter 7151

Fiarell took Bill's hand in hers and brought him to the back of the store, where it was empty. She kissed him warmly, taking him by surprise. This time he pressed her lightly against the wall while their lips caressed each others for a few amazing moments. When the kiss finally ended they smiled to each other, silently communicating their enjoyment.152

"Now..." Fiarell began. "Time for some party shopping!"153

Bill clapped excitedly as they gathered baskets full of pinwheels and party hats and other delightful party supplies.154

"We have to get tons of chemical stuff too!" Bill said. They headed to the candy section and got heaps of Skittles, Swedish Fish, Starburst, Smarties, and Warheads, the last of which Fiarell got against Bill's will.155

"Come one," she persuaded him. "I want to see Tom's face when he tries one!"156

"Fine..." he finally agreed. "Just don't make me eat any."157

"Gee, between Gustav not dancing on tables and you not eating Warheads, nobody's going to do anything at this party!" she teased him. They laughed together.158

Georg and Gustav came up to them then.159

"Hey, it took us forever to find you," Georg said.160

"We should probably get going. It's pretty late," Gustav suggested. One of the staff picked them up, as usual. A couple of cameras flashed but nothing major. They went to Fiarell's hotel briefly so she could get her stuff, and then they got to the band's hotel without much trouble.161

Time to set up.162

They hung streamers from the ceiling and blew up at least 50 balloons. Bill ripped open the abundance of bags of candy and poured them into separate bowls. Fiarell set five party hats on the coffee table for them all to wear when the party got started. When they were finished, they all went to their separate rooms, and Fiarell went to Bill's.163

"You can take the bed; I'll sleep on the couch," Bill offered.164

"No, you should take the bed. It's your room."165

"But you're the guest."166

"But you're the one who got no sleep last night."167

"But I was the one who was a jerk to you."168

"But you weren't a jerk to me."169

"But I want you to take the bed."170

"But I want you to take it."171

They sighed simultaneously.172

"We can share the bed," Bill suggested tentatively.173

"Would we be going too fast?"174

"Not if you don't think so."175

"Okay...let's try it then," Fiarell said. She got changed in the room while Bill took off his makeup and changed in the bathroom.176

"Done changing?" he asked her a few minutes later from inside the bathroom.177

"Yeah."178

"Don't make fun of me or anything. I don't like it when people see me without makeup. I feel like I'm not myself without it," he explained.179

"You know I would never make fun of you like that. And even though your looks portray your personality, they aren't your personality itself. You're still you without all the looks."180

He smiled, even though she couldn't see it.181

But she knew, and smiled too.182

He walked out in a T-shirt and boxers. She was in a silk tank-top and flannel pants.183

"This isn't weird, is it? That we're sleeping together but not really sleeping together?" Fiarell asked.184

"I don't think it's weird. We're just taking a step that most people skip over."185

"Okay," she said, smiling. "Good." She got under the covers with him, and fell asleep in his arms.186

187

Chapter 8188

Fiarell woke up next to Bill, his arm slung around her waist. It was still early--7 a.m.--since they had gone to bed the night before at 10. She stayed where she was, relishing this moment.189

About half an hour later Bill woke up too.190

"Hey sleepy-head," she whispered to him. His rustled hair and sleepy eyes matched the name.191

"It's only 7:30; you can't call me sleepy-head yet," he smiled.192

"Do you guys have any appointments today?" she asked.193

"We canceled everything. Just picking up Tom, partying, and hanging out. I don't think Tom's going to want to do much of anything for a while. We'll probably just work on writing more songs until then." Bill sat up and so did Fiarell. "We should go get Tom soon," he said. Fiarell nodded.194

Bill took a shower first, then Fiarell while he started on his makeup. She only needed to comb her hair and put on some mascara before she was ready to go.195

They ate in the hotel lobby, with sunglasses and hoods of course, along with Georg and Gustav, who joined them minutes later. As soon as they were finished, they took a rented handicap van to the hospital. Fiarell drove since she had learned to drive on a large car.196

They went up to Tom's room and checked him out of the hospital. He seemed to be okay with his twin, and soon enough the two were chatting quietly like nothing had happened.197

Still, he wasn't quite himself yet.198

Bill wheeled him out and into the van.199

"We have a surprise for you back at the hotel," Fiarell said on the ride there.200

"Ugh, don't tell me we're all going to have to share you," he said sarcastically. Bill punched Tom teasingly, and Georg made an "ewww" face which Fiarell kicked him for. Tom smiled, but only a little.201

They all went up to Tom's hotel room and opened the door wide.202

"Wow," he said. He wheeled himself over to the bowls of candy. "Skittles," he grinned half-heartedly.203

"Yup!" Fiarell tried to sound ecstatic, but really she was worried about him.204

"We got some video games; wanna play them?" she asked.205

"Sure," Tom said. They took turns playing classic games, slowly whittling down the massive bowls of candy.206

"So, what should we do now?" Bill said after things died down.207

"Eat?" Gustav suggested.208

"Even more than we already have?" Fiarell said.209

"Sure! Why not?" Bill said.210

211

Chapter 9212

The five of them walked (or sat, in Tom's case) to a nearby fast food restaurant where they all got hamburgers and heaps of fries. None of them talked very much; the food was beginning to make them tired.213

"When's the real party starting?" Tom asked impatiently.214

"We're not getting drunk," Fiarell reminded him. He grumbled. "Hey, we're trying to do something nice for you here!"215

"Sorry," he mumbled. Fiarell sighed.216

"So, are you guys still leaving for San Francisco tomorrow?" she asked in attempt to liven things up.217

"I think so. Want to come on the tour bus with us?" Bill offered. Fiarell raised her eyebrows in surprise. She hadn't thought that the band would let her on the bus with them so soon.218

"Sure!" she agreed.219

Why not?220

221

They all went back to the band's apartment. Fiarell stayed in Bill's room again, much to the rest of the band's suspicion. The two of them stepped in, closing the door behind them.222

"We need to do something about Tom," Fiarell stated.223

"I couldn't agree more," Bill said.224

"I have a friend, Karissa--my only friend before you guys, really--who lives in San Fransisco," Fiarell said with an evil grin.225

"Ooh, set up time!" Bill rubbed his hands together mischievously. "How did you make a friend there?"226

"It's the place I lived longest during my childhood. One year." She stopped there, not wanting to remember her darker days.227

"Oh," he said sympathetically.228

"So...set up time?" she said on a brighter note.229

"Yes!"230

Fiarell took her cell phone from her pocket and dialed the first of the only two numbers she knew by heart.231

Ring ring...232

"Hello?"233

"Karissa! It's Fiarell."234

"Hey! So I heard about you and Bill. We have so much to catch up on!"235

"Yeah, definitely."236

"So you haven't told him your name?" Karissa asked tentatively. She knew it was a sensitive subject for her best friend.237

"No..." Fiarell answered slowly. "Not yet."238

"Yet?"239

"Well...I think I'll tell him eventually," she whispered so as not to make Bill suspicious.240

"Alright."241

"Anyway, you like Tokio Hotel, right?"242

"Sure, they're cool." Fiarell grinned.243

"How would you like to come over and meet them?"244

"I'd love that! Where are you guys?"245

"We should be in San Francisco tomorrow evening. I'll let you know."246

"Awesome. See you then," Karissa said happily.247

"See you." Fiarell hung up and high fived Bill.248

"She's on board!" she announced to him.249

"Great!"250

"Now how do we get her to fall for Tom?"251

...252

"Good question."253

254

Chapter 10255

Fiarell and Bill got tired of scheming and plotting, so they went to bed. The next day the band and Fiarell loaded their stuff onto the tour bus with the help of their staff. Fiarell's staff decided they would drive her car up to San Fransisco beside the bus to reduce the celebrities' visibility. During the bus ride Gustav and Georg played various computer games, Fiarell and Bill read magazines, and Tom...well, Tom was another matter.256

The band's schedule was free due to Tom's incident, so Fiarell had one less schedule to work around when planning where to meet up with Karissa. Fiarell had an interview shortly after they arrived in the city, so the two of them decided to meet with the band at their hotel for dinner.257

Home.258

Fiarell stepped off of the bus at the building in which her interview was supposed to be. She breathed in the air of her self-proclaimed home town as paparazzi began taking pictures like mad. She smiled and waved, but didn't answer any of their questions. Besides, what were interviews for if not that? After squeezing her way through the throng she was finally able to enter the building and find her way to the room she was directed to.259

It was a typical room for interviews: a table in the middle of a chair and a couch. Fiarell shook hands with the interviewer and took a seat on the couch.260

"So what's up with you and Tokio Hotel?" the interviewer asked.261

"I've become friends with them."262

"Fans claim they saw you kissing Bill in the hospital." Fiarell clenched her teeth. She should have found a more private place to do that. "Are the rumors true?"263

She scrambled to find a good answer that wouldn't reveal too much. "For now, that's for them to decide," she finally answered.264

"Can you give us any details on what happened to Tom?"265

That question was quite expected. "I can tell you that he's doing just fine."266

"That's good to hear. Is this incident going to delay your album?"267

"No, it's actually sped up the process."268

"How is that?"269

"The recent commotion gave inspiration to several songs."270

"Will you be performing any new songs at your concerts tomorrow and the following night?"271

"We'll see."272

The interviewer sighed slightly, like many of them did when they realized they weren't going to get very much out of Fiarell. The interview ended shortly and Fiarell shook hands with the people in the room once again before leaving. She took out her cell phone and called Karissa.273

"Karissa, my interview's over. I'll probably be at the hotel in half an hour."274

"Great, see you there," Karissa answered and hung up. She smiled to herself and changed into a more flattering outfit.275

Fiarell hopped back onto the bus and took her seat by Bill. As they drove to the nearby take-out restaurant she changed into her usual disguise. None of the boys felt like going in there themselves so she ordered all the food for them. Fans who had followed the bus still took pictures of her, but they eventually figured she was one of the staff and went back to photographing the bus.276

"Five hamburgers with fries please."277

"Annabell?" the staff behind the counter asked. Fiarell stared at him in awe.278

"Alek?" The guy who ceaselessly picked on her throughout her year in San Fransisco.... What was he doing here?279

"How have you been?" he asked innocently.280

"Um, fine, look, I gotta run." Fiarell looked around herself nervously. People were already starting to notice her.281

"Here's your order."282

"Thanks."283

The photographers began to crowd her then. They bombarded her with questions and began writing articles for the gossip magazines.284

"Annabell, what is your job for Tokio Hotel?"285

"Annabell, how long have you known the band?"286

"Annabell, how is Tom?" they asked frantically.287

Her name. Everywhere.288

Fiarell ran onto the bus, sprinted to the back, and cried there.289

The media knew her name.290

Soon the band would figure it out too.291

292

Chapter 11293

Fiarell sat in the back of the bus, curled up below the window, breathing in ragged gasps. She just wanted to be alone.294

295

*Four years ago*296

"Annabell Brown! Tell me your name!"297

"My name is Fiarell!" she answered. She was hit across the face.298

"You are Annabell Brown!"299

"No!" She was punched on the arm this time. "I am Fiarell!" she cried. She ran out the door, ignoring the various objects being hurled at her back, running or walking all four miles to the recording studio...300

301

She shuddered at the flood of memories, then flinched as a knock sounded on the door. She held the door closed with her hand.302

Bill listened to Fiarell's tortured breathing while he waited for her to answer the door. She didn't, and after a few minutes he opened it a crack. Fiarell tried to keep it closed, but he was in an advantageous position. Bill opened the door some more, slipped into the back room, and sat by her. She rocked back and forth while he put his arm around her.303

"Leave me alone," she said.304

"What's wrong?" he asked with a sincere concern that just made her more upset. She couldn't even be a good girlfriend to the greatest guy in the world!305

Who was she?306

"I'm sure you'll find out just what's wrong whether I tell you or not," she muttered angrily. Bill just kept his arms around her while she relived the worst moments of her life beside him.307

308

Karissa waited for the band and Fiarell to arrive. She sat on the comfortable sofa in Tom's room. She had already written several chapters of a story while she waited, and she logged onto her laptop to check the latest news. On the startup page of her browser was the devastating headline: "Annabell: Who Is She?" Karissa gasped and read the report.309

They knew.310

311

Eventually the tour bus was able to fight through the throngs and stoplights to get to the hotel. Fiarell covered herself, but the band faced the crowd.312

"Where's Fiarell?"313

"Is this Annabell?"314

"It's Annabell!"315

"Who is she?"316

The fans asked questions frantically. Bill gave Fiarell a confused look behind his shoulder but she didn't respond. They kept pushin gthrough the crowd, the band stopping occasionally to sign autographs. They finally burst through the hotel doors and went upstairs to their rooms while the band's manager checked them in.317

"Let's all go to Tom's room," Bill suggested with a wink to Fiarell. She smiled slightly. They popped their heads into Tom's room. Karissa was sitting there, writing something.318

"Who's this?" Georg, Gustav, and Tom asked simultaneously. Karissa ignored them, grabbed Fiarell's hand, and took her into the bathroom.319

"Are you okay?" she asked once they were inside.320

Fiarell nodded slightly. "Yeah...I'm fine."321

"No you're not. Do they know yet?"322

"The band?"323

"Yeah."324

... Fiarell was silent, looking down at her feet.325

"You haven't told them yet!?!" Karissa burst out.326

The band heard this and exchanged glances. Bill and Gustav took a look at the computer; Georg and Tom flipped through the open notebook. Tom skimmed through the pages, his eyes growing wide. The drawings were so intricate, the poems so deep, the stories so complex. Whoever that girl was, she sure was talented. Bill interrupted his thoughts with a huge gasp. He ran into the bathroom to find Fiarell.327

Tom and Georg looked at Gustav. "Fiarell's name is Annabell," he said.328

She had been lying to them this whole time?329

Author notes

Here's the first few chapters to the Tokio Hotel fanfic I'm writing. It's on the TH-US forums already, but I thought I'd copy it over here, since it is a story after all... I'll just edit it to add any new chapters I post on the forums.

Muhahahaha, chapter 11 MORE DRAMA!

paragraph 43, one of the words is not past tense.

"Well...I'm surprised you guys are still here," she said.

"They'd have no way to get to our hotel if we did," Gustav replied.

this does not make sense to me.

I am not done reading. I will tell you what i think when i am done.
