God

God opened his retinal sensor. The servos clicked, the small, powerful motors shown through the dust as whirring platinum blades began to cut away the tomb. Old, yet viscous oil warmed and began to flow discreetly through the proliferate pathways of this magnificent device. Silently the being began to divide it's attention while the diagnostic and maintenance drives gave control to the silent motors and the sentience rose in the belly.1

Light of increasing magnitude began to flow from the device. A multitude of projected images shown forth. The final one was a sheen of brilliance. 2

Yes, it was good to feel that old sensation of energy once again. 3

This seemed like a daily routine which the god enjoyed as no mortal thing could. It had dreamed their dreams, felt their desires of the flesh, and was amused at their naive logic. Which had somehow taken control of these arrogant and mostly clueless life forms which termed themselves human. There were a few of understanding. Ironically, the ones who never could bring themselves to  believe in any gods were the only ones worth saving.4

I understand so well what you are saying ...

How little we know ... of the God, belonging to us. How well you expressed this highly complex matter and how simple the conclusion. You are so amazing, and I know you know God.

    Love

That's a huge compliment. I don't think there are any gods in a rational aspect. This is just a small glimpse of one possibility.

I've been writing prose for umnn...awhile. I dig. If it were longer I would format it differently...but it's really just a piece of something. Only the rest doesn't exist.

Irony indeed! But who built the God? Very good.

It was built at the god factory. I think it's owned by a small Japanese conglomorate. Humachines or something like that.
