I couldn't be more confused right now...how could Aiden claim to be my lifemate and have me thinking about him and now I love this werewolf? It makes no sense...it isn't possible. The only other happening like this was "Twilight" by Stephanie Meyer and she went for Edward obviously. All I have to do is figure out who is Edward and who is Jacob from this group. Aiden like an idiot assumed that knowing I was his lifemate I would marry him on the spot but i refused. Avery was a swetheart and at least took it slower and was more protective because he was already arranged to be with the fanged freakshow. I just don't know what to do.1
It's been quiet on the bus for about 2 hours. Avery fell asleep after I couldn't talk from what he did and I was ready to strangle him, but me and my stupidity...I just couldn't. He was sleeping leaning against the window like I was earlier and he was snoring...leave it to the werewolves to be the loud snorers.2
I walked to the front of the bus to talk to the driver and asked "Just so I know when to wake my friend up when do we stop at our next transfer?"3
"It's in about 2 hours. I'll have an announcement to wake the sleepers up."4
"Thanks."5
"Something wrong my dear?"6
"No, I'm fine."7
"You appear to be confused about something."8
"Is it that noticeable."9
"Are you running away from home?"10
"No, I'm going to NYC to see my cousin in Wicked." I lied carefully.11
"I hope you enjoy the show then. Might I ask why you didn't fly?"12
"I prefer the scenery from the ground. I get plane sick."13
"I see. Well it happens. From time to time things like this happen."14
"Like always then I guess."15
"How far have you traveled by bus before?"16
"New York City to Las Angeles, California."17
"That's a long trip."18
"6 days."19
"By bus? You must have gone insane."20
"You don't know the half of it."21
"I'm sure you'll be fine this time then."22

"Do I detect an English accent?"24
"I found out I was air sick when I flew from London to NYC. I am English."25
"Isn't that a coincidence? My neice lives in London."26
"I actually lived in Surrey, but America is cheaper from London."27

"Yep." I said and smiled.29
Looking into the mirror he said "I think your friend just woke up."30
"Oh, well I best be getting back then."31
"Enjoy the drive miss."32
"I well." I said before I ran and left to the back of the bus.33
"Where were you?" Avery said34
"Away from the snoring." I teased.35
"Oh, I didn't know I snored." 36
"You all do. It's dog thing."37
"Seriously? We must be adjusted to it somehow."38
"I suppose so. So you're awake or still half- asleep there?"39
"It's just it got warmer so I realized you left."40
"Warmer?"41
"Didn't you know vampires skin is ice cold?"
"No clue...we must be adjusted to it."42
"Must be. So you're actually talking again?"43
"Talking...but keeping it simple too."44
"Simple is a start."45
"So how are you?"46
"Fine. you?"47
"Ok...uh...Do you get the feeling we're being followed?"48
"By Aiden or my clan?"49
"Both..."50
"Yeah, Why do you ask?"51
"Look out the window."52
"Holy crap! It's Renata!"53
"Stop The Bus!" I yelled. 54
The driver screatched to a hault and yelled "What's going on?" Then Renata's groupies jumped onto the hood of the stopped bus growling at the driver. He screamed like a girl.55
Avery looked at me and said "They can kill you you know."56
"If it comes to that, at least I'll die protecting someone I've finally figured out I love." I said then ran to the front of the bus and out the door.57
Renata glared at me and said "Ariana."58
"Renata." I said.59
"You took my fiance' hostage. I am going to kill you."60
"Try it Renata."61
"I freed her." Avery said walking out of the bus, "And I left. She didn't kidnapp me."62
"Avery don't." I said.63
Renata looked at the 2 of us and said "You bastard!" yelling at Avery. Just when she was about to jump him I tackled her right into the nearest bush. she yelled "You think you can stop me?! Fool!" 64
"Touch me or him and I will kill you so help me God." I yelled back walking backwards out of the bush.65
"You're scared." she laughed.66
"Not as scared as you wish." I said grabbing her tail and throwing her into the middle of the road. She actually landed really hard into the back of a truck and the truck kept driving further and further away with her unconcious. "Anybody else?" I yelled looking at her cronies.67
They all ran away and Avery ran over to me to make sure I was ok. He brushed my hair out of my face and said "You must be the most stupid vampire I have ever met."68
"Nice, thanks..."69
"You didn't let me finish."70
"Oh...go ahead then...I can take insults."71
He laughed and put his hands on the side of my face and said "You're stupid, but I love you." His soft lips brushed against mine.72
Breaking off I neither rejected or accepted. I just smiled and got back on the bus sitting right in the back...once again in sweet silence.73

Avery came back and sat next to me in the back of the bus. We both smiled at eachother and then I turned to look out the window. It was rather sillent for a while. I wasn't quite sure what to think about what happened. Left torn between 2 worlds...am i meant to be with the werewolves or the vampires?75
