Dragon

The book fell open to page 666. Marve gasped and hid her face in Elroy’s shirt. He patted her hair gently. “It’s just a number, sweetheart.”
His words were just out when a huge, flaming dragon erupted out of the book. Its eyes were narrow slits of black as it stared at the young couple. Its claws came behind them and pierced the two right through the chest. The dragon gulped them down and then vanished in a puff of smoke.
