Interview with a Vampire--that sparkles...

First off, vampires, traditionally, are the spawn of Satan (the Devil), and drink blood--any blood--(strictly commanded against by God (and in general SOCIETY). Twilight presents vampires as generally good creatures and the drinking of blood socially acceptable.1

Second--Movie to book ratio: 0%.2

Third--Book--zero plotline. The character Bella is fan-girl in denial chasing an emo vampire.3

Four--Vampires do not go out into daylight, whatsoever. As stated in reason one, they are evil, and daylight (contrary to Twilight) hurts them. THEY SPARKLE!!!!!!4

Sub-point--Clouds don't block ultraviolet radiation. Typically, that is what kills vampires. A cloudy day won't help a stinkin' bit.5

Five: Movie--bad acting--campy humor.6

Six: "Twitard beats up innocent girl in mall" --> That said, fanatacism to the point of violence is never a good thing. See Nazi Germany.

  • Wow.
Did a fangirl really??? I mean, they're okay books, but really.....was the other girl a hater of Twilight?

    • As the story goes, the one girl who got beat up was talking to her assailant in a bookstore and they were discussing the merits of Harry Potter. The twilighter expressed a negative opinion, and then dove into twilight. The other girl, slightly annoyed gave a negative opinion of twilight. The twilighter left in a huff, and outside the bookstore beat up the other.

On the bright side, the victim got a free book from the store keeper as an apology sorta thing.
